I wanted to share my experience with the RentRedi platform, as I've encountered several issues that have impacted my satisfaction. Firstly, the platform lacks many essential features that would enhance usability.However, the most concerning aspect has been the unprofessionalism in their customer service. I have been trying to resolve an issue regarding a deposit from one of my rentals for the past three weeks. Despite providing them with a statement to show that I have not received the rent, they continue to hold the deposit due to their slow account verification process.In light of these challenges, I have found a more suitable platform that not only offers a greater range of features but also eliminates ACH fees. This new platform includes a built-in AI that generates compliant leases for each state and audits existing leases, which will significantly streamline my operations. Please know that we appreciate your feedback as it helps us grow as a platform. You mentioned essential features missing from the service and delayed account verification, but this doesn't align with our service.
We have a host of essential features such as automatic late fee rules, autopay, month-to-month charges, credit boost, credit card and ACH processing, maintenance requests, tenant screenings, listings, and member perks to name a few. Additionally, bank account verification can be completed same day.
