Who is RemotePeople pricing best suited for?

Remote People's pricing is best suited for small businesses and mid-market companies seeking to hire internationally without establishing local legal entities. G2 reviewers from small businesses across industries including computer software, marketing, travel, and human resources consistently praise Remote People for making cross-border hiring fast and affordable. The entry-level $199/month EOR tier suits lean teams needing compliant employment in one or a few countries, while the Recruitment and EOR bundle appeals to growing mid-market companies scaling across multiple regions. Enterprise reviewers also appear on G2, particularly for multi-country hiring across APAC and LATAM, suggesting Remote People's pricing scales reasonably for larger organizations managing distributed global teams.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of RemotePeople?

Remote People does not offer a permanent free tier, but a free trial is available for evaluation purposes. According to G2's pricing data for Remote People, paid plans start at $199.00 per month for both the Employer of Record and Contractor of Record services, covering global payroll, compliance, legally vetted contracts, benefits administration, and a dedicated HR operations manager. The Recruitment and EOR bundle uses pay-as-you-go pricing at 2% of annual salary monthly, with EOR starting at $149 per month. Talent Sourcing requires a custom quote. G2 reviewers note that Remote People's paid plans deliver comprehensive, end-to-end international hiring support that justifies the investment.

Is RemotePeople considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers of Remote People consistently describe it as strong value for money, particularly compared to larger EOR competitors. Multiple reviewers — including bootstrapped SaaS companies and small businesses — highlight that Remote People's flat-rate pricing is significantly cheaper than enterprise-level rivals without sacrificing service quality. Phrases like 'fair and transparent pricing,' 'competitive pricing,' and 'best pricing in the market' appear frequently across G2 reviews. A few reviewers note that costs can feel high for very small businesses or specific add-on services, and one reviewer flagged credit card payment fees. Overall, the high average rating combined with repeated value-for-money praise signals that Remote People delivers strong return on investment.

"Excellent Support, but Challenging Setup and Slow Payroll Processing"
2.5/5
What do you like best about RemotePeople?

I appreciate the support provided by Katerina Nakou, the customer success manager from Horizons. She has been extremely helpful, which has significantly enhanced my experience with the service. Her support is a crucial element for me, bringing a level of reliability and assistance that I find invaluable, especially in light of the challenges I face with the overall payroll processing and financial invoices. Having such dedicated customer support makes a meaningful difference in how I perceive and value the service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RemotePeople?

The payroll team's overall responsive rate is not fast, with extreme delay in the past. I feel that the support from the payroll team, aside from individual efforts from customer success manager like Katerina Nakou, is lacking, which affects my confidence in using the service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Pierre Pradier of RemotePeople

Thank you, Fiona, for the honest feedback — and for the kind words about Katerina, which we've passed along. We're sorry the payroll team's response times haven't matched that standard; delays there are unacceptable for something as critical as payroll, and we've been investing in the team and processes to fix exactly this. If any payroll item is still open, please flag it through Katerina or our support team and we'll escalate it immediately.
