But so far, I can say it's awesome, fantastic and so practical. I have been working remotely since 2011 and I have bank accounts in Malaysia, Germany and Mexico. So when I used to get paid, I always had to liaise with the finance/accounts team to inform them where and when I would like to get paid. I didn't really feel as much in control of my salary payments. Now, it's sooo easy. My salary is paid into RemotePass by my company, and I can be more in control of where (ie. in which bank account and in which country) I want to be paid. I also remember once asking to be paid in a certain bank account and when I changed my mind a couple of days later, my ex-company said it was already too late as the bank transfer had already been made. With RemotePass, I feel that I have more control in case I change my mind about where I want to be paid. I think another thing that makes it so easy is when I upload documents/screenshots to claim expenses. I used to have to send an email to the finance team with those attachments, which is alright but just less practical. To make matters worse, sometimes they said that they had not received my email, or maybe they oversaw it. So there would sometimes be delays with my salary payments. I definitely think that for the company paying their salaries, RemotePass is a great tool as it makes their processes so much more streamlined. And I also love the fact that I can keep track of all my payments and all my expenses. This is so important and so practical. Before, when I used to send emails, I just did not have much of an overview of what I had been paid, when, and what expenses I had claimed etc. It really helps me to keep track of salaries, payments, expenses. One last thing I will say is that I do own a company with a few business partners in Mexico, and we also have remote workers in Asia, Europe and North America. I have already told the CEO that we should RemotePass because of all the advantages that I have mentioned above. He is currently looking at it. **What do you dislike about RemotePass?** Honestly, I cannot find anything right now that I do not like. I think the interface is quite user-friendly which is important for people who are not tech savvy. So I really cannot say anything negative at this point.
