I also appreciate the ease of segmenting our customer lists by industry, order value, or activity level, which enhances our communication in the fast-paced B2B market in Hong Kong. The clean, intuitive dashboard is a big plus; it allowed our team to pick it up quickly with hardly any learning curve, enabling us to track campaign performance clearly and adjust strategies without technical help. The automation workflow builder is a bit rigid. For B2B use cases like client onboarding, contract renewals, and multi-touch nurturing, we need more flexible logic—like conditional delays, multiple branch paths, and better integration with our CRM data. Right now, we often have to manually adjust campaigns halfway. The workflow logic is quite linear and basic, lacking easy conditional branches and multi-condition triggers based on customer data. We end up creating many separate, simplified workflows and manually moving contacts, adding administrative work. The lack of advanced wait rules and timing control limits our ability to send messages at specific times, like during business hours, which is crucial for our B2B operations.
