I like the user interface of the platform, it is very clean and clear. There are even training videos embedded incase the user should need help along the way. Not bad! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing I've noted is while using the software, if you have to search for a user, the pop out window tends to be quite laggy or slow. This probably is because the database is very large. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
