**What do you like best about Relationship Optimizer?**

I like the user interface of the platform, it is very clean and clear. There are even training videos embedded incase the user should need help along the way. Not bad!

**What do you dislike about Relationship Optimizer?**

One thing I've noted is while using the software, if you have to search for a user, the pop out window tends to be quite laggy or slow. This probably is because the database is very large.

**What problems is Relationship Optimizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us, it allows us to bill the client in a clear and efficient way. We can tell when the client has seen the form, and exactly when they have approved or denied it.
