As an organization, we have benefited from utilizing the platform. Originally, we planned on using the platform strictly for new hire training for recording role plays and certification and then uploading them so that the managers could view them immediately and provide feedback to their reps. That process worked well, but it also gave us opportunity to identify any potential challenges, one of which was ensuring a strong internet connection when uploading 15 minute videos. We also found that if the ipads, where we recorded the videos, went into sleep mode while uploading the videos, the upload process would not always complete. When that happened, re-uploading the video also seemed to have some challenges. As an administrator for the platform, I could still upload the videos, but when we moved to SSO (single sign on), I lost that capability.
We have now branched out to utilizing the platform for other virtual coaching opportunities, including responding to objections, developing technical clarity and developing presentation skills. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
