**What do you like best about Regal.ai?**

Regal has a lot of features which makes automated communication super easy and compliant. We use regal all the time and it was super easy to integrate to our work flow. It's really simple and easy to use and the support provided by their customer service is also great. it was really easy to integrate to our team's work flow and easy to implement too.

**What problems is Regal.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Regal heels us to automate customer communications in a super reliable and compliant way. It allows the automation to run in the background effortlessly and the moment the customer HAS to speak to a person, it's handed over very smoothly to the available agent. This frees up agent time which we can use for other productive work.

**What do you like best about Regal.ai?**

I like Regal.ai's automated calls, which qualify leads and book calls for me. It also saves time by reaching more audience than manual effort. The automation combined with better quality voice calls was a key reason for switching from Five9. Setting it up was pretty easy and simple.

Integrations with other platforms are still in progress

Regal.ai solves reaching out to customers quickly, nulls manual dials, and automates tasks. It saves time, reaches more audience, and automates lead qualification and scheduling.

**What do you like best about Regal.ai?**

I am 100% in control of how our call center works.  If there is an error I'm not calling a support line in another country.  The error was created by me and can be fixed by me. Regal support is great at reviewing logic changes before I make them live to ensure tweaks are beneficial.  Adding new journeys and new programs is easy and something I can do without help.  Once you understand how the system works you can create and improve what you need when you need it.

**What do you dislike about Regal.ai?**

I don't have a single dislike.  Every time I have an issue I am able to go to Sarah, our account manager, and she always come back with options.  I may not like the options, but the answer isn't ever no.  There is also a solution even if it's a solution we decide not to move forward with.

**What problems is Regal.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Regal has allowed me to take the success [and potential failure] of my contact center into my own hands.  My hands aren't tied by only being able to work a dashboard since every journey is built by me.  Our contact rate increased when we moved off a power dialer onto a click to dial human selection option.  The system isn't rotating bad numbers in the background, we aren't being flagged as Spam by cell providers because there is no outbound abandon rate, and the reporting available allowed us to add KPI's to our agents to make them more efficient.  Our supervisors have more time face to face with agents and less time auditing when we added the AI Conversation Intelligence.

**What do you like best about Regal.ai?**

I've been using Regal for our call center operations for almost 2 years, and I must say, it has truly been a game changer for us. Having tried several other applications in the past, I can confidently say that this one stands out for its user-friendly interface and seamless functionality.

One of the features I appreciate most is the ability to handle both calls and texts from a single platform. This integration has simplified our communication process significantly, allowing our team to follow up with customers effortlessly after a call, all without switching between different apps. It's a huge time saver!

The setup was straightforward, and I was able to get our team onboard without any major hiccups. The intuitive design made it easy for everyone to adapt quickly, which isn’t something I’ve experienced with other software. 

Overall, Regal has exceeded my expectations and has made our operations smoother and more efficient. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a versatile call center solution that combines ease of use with a powerful set of features. It’s definitely worth considering if you're in the market!

**What do you like best about Regal.ai?**

What attracted us most to Regal was how it handles prospective customers in our pipeline.  When they built it, they didn't built it like a traditional system of tracking the different transactions in a sales cycle.   They built it to handle the sale process like a journey.  Our ability to craft nuanced journeys and tie that to our datasets, allowed us to optimize when and how we reach out to a prospective customer.  It completely transformed our sales output.

**What do you dislike about Regal.ai?**

Reporting capabilities are still immature.  Additionally, we need real time reporting of our agents and Regal is unable to provide that at this time.  With our fast pace, we need the ability to view metrics on agents in real time so we can make on-the-fly adjustments if needed.

**What problems is Regal.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In its initial implementation, it solved our ability to identify prospective customers in our pipeline that were ready to be contacted.  Previously in our other sales tool, we manually did this with reporting and giving an agent a list of customers to call.  We're now looking to add AI agent capabilities which will help us proactively reach out to customers and determine if they ready for our program.

**What do you like best about Regal.ai?**

I am on the team that  implemented Regal for my company. Before we decided on Regal, we looked at other platforms like TalkDesk and Five9. All platforms had the basic features we needed, but we decided on Regal because of the ability to customize journeys and route calls optimized for our business. Our business has multiple brands/teams which added to the complexity, but we were able to handle this in Regal. We also liked that the company is growing and adding new features each month. 

Since we have launched Regal for all of our users, we have  received a lot of positive feedback. The Agent desktop is easy to use and our users like how they can quickly work through calls/texts/voicemails and have the list prioritized in a consistent way. Overall our key metrics have improved since we've moved to Regal. 

As for the tech integration, we have a custom CRM and it was fairly easy for our engineering team to integrate.

**What do you dislike about Regal.ai?**

Regal.ai is one of the newer players in this space (compared to others we evaluated). This has some positive aspects (not a lot of tech debt, UI is modern and well designed) but it also has some downsides. 

Especially on the admin side, there are features that are standard for a mature product, but Regal may not have what we need. The good news is that their customer support has been able to help us get around almost all of our challenges, and they work with us to find solutions. 

As the product matures,I have already noticed some admin product improvements and I would expect that to continue - while Regal focuses on other revenue generating product features.

Efficiency of our outreach. 
Improving speed to lead. 
Allowing our enrollment specialist more time for quality conversations vs chasing down prospective students.

Regal offers exceptional customer service and support. Their team is very responsive, providing timely fixes when assistance is needed. 

The documentation from Regal is clear and straightforward, making integration into our system seamless and quick. As an administrator, I found it easy and intuitive to navigate and set up the platform for our agents. The telephonic service operates smoothly, with almost zero interruptions even during high-volume usage.

**What do you dislike about Regal.ai?**

Regal has an impressive roadmap, but as a growing company, some features take a long time to be rolled out. While this isn’t necessarily a bad thing, it means that some functionalities we would like to have take time to become available.

Additionally, the real-time data needs improvement. It currently takes the management team approximately 15 to 30 minutes to obtain accurate analytics.

**What do you like best about Regal.ai?**

Regal is a modern, user-friendly, and powerful platform. Its Journey-building features allow for total customization of your outbound outreach strategies via an array of dialer types and sms. The ease of use empowers admins to set up robust workflows that help automate processes for agents in minutes instead of hours. We especially like the built-in A/B testing features within Journeys. These have allowed us to create numerous experiments in our strategies and be able to prove which approach is best with minimal effort. We have found that the sky is the limit when thinking through how we can leverage the tool across sales, claims, and support orgs. Their live chat customer support is exceptional and saves admins a lot of time when agents can reach out themselves and get a response within 60 seconds. They are also very quick to action on feedback, with previous vendors in the same space a feature request was more akin to a wish, but Regal takes our feedback seriously and works hand-in-hand with our team to make those changes a reality.

**What do you dislike about Regal.ai?**

There are a few small changes we'd make within the platform, but nothing deal-breaking. And more importantly Regal has worked with us to make that list smaller and smaller as time goes on.

**What problems is Regal.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With our previous solution, innovating on our outreach strategies without disrupting the day-to-day operations was difficult. Regal's journey builder and native A/B testing functionality as made that a breeze since we can segment out portions of our contacts specifically for each test. Now our only limitation is coming up with ideas for new ways to innovate.

**What do you like best about Regal.ai?**

The Journey builder is easy for anyone to pick up. If you have some no code developer skills then it's like any other no code product. If you have never used one before it's so simple anyone can learn it.

Implemention was also really good. When you do your implementation you will avoid a lot of issues and rework if you adjust your call cadence  to work with the software rather than try to force Regal to work to your cadence. 

Customer Support is great. There is always someone who can answer your questions.

**What do you dislike about Regal.ai?**

Reporting can be overwhelming, you have the a lot of freedom to create reports you need so you really need to understand the fields and data.

**What problems is Regal.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Regal helps us do more with less agents. It helps us allow agents to focus on what's truly important. Taking/making calls to customers.

The Regal system has significantly improved our team's outreach and productivity. We've seen enhanced call volume, contact rates, and appointment volume through optimized student journeys. Regal provided exceptional support, going above ramp-up expectations and budgets to address the complexities of our multi-client environment. We appreciate their dedication to ensuring our processes operate at optimal levels. We've also begun leveraging Regal to analyze campaign data for ongoing performance optimization. We are currently testing the AI agent and QAT scorecard, with plans for full implementation.

**What do you dislike about Regal.ai?**

Our Regal implementation was complicated by the complexity of our existing systems and data within Salesforce, leading to a longer and more resource-intensive process than projected. Despite these initial challenges, the Regal team's ability to learn and adapt resulted in product enhancements over the 14-month period.  Some of the initial features were delayed but are now mostly operational.

We have much appreciated our time working with the Regal team. They're incredibly responsive and easy to work with, and our team has felt like we speak the same language in terms of aligning costs with performance gains to prove out a strong ROI.

We have no concerns thus far working with the Regal team, though it's only been a few months. Over time I think the only potential concern we would see would be around pricing.

Our organization utilizes Regal's spam remediation and branded caller ID. These features have been a game changer for our org. Prior to utilizing these features, our institution was playing whack-a-mole to quickly work with phone carriers as soon as a DID was marked as Spam.

No complaints about Regal, they are easy to work with!

Regal helped us solve the problem of having our DIDs marked as "Spam Likely", we noticed a significant uptick in our DIDs being marked as Spam over the past few years. Regal came in and helped us overcome this by implementing Spam Remediation and Branded Caller ID.

Managing all of the journeys can be challenging, depending on the complexity of the journey and the number of journeys deployed.  It's not impossible but it can be cumbersome.

The best thing so far regarding Regal's CRM is that you can speak with a member of their support team in seconds! They are always so helpful and axious to assist. The features that the platform has is easily implented as well as easy to use. Integration is usually seemless and well assisted. The compay I work for frequently uses the platform with no issues.

I would like a feature that allows you to send out mass texts without creating a campaign or journey.

It has branded calling built in which was one reason we tried to work with them in the fist place

**What do you dislike about Regal.ai?**

Their customer service has been slow and unresponsive, their pricing reflects a premium product which it is not: it has continued to misplace our leads experience outages, and generally be unreliable for the last 6 months. They promise features that resemble what a true CRM can provide but then end up releasing them in a buggy, half-based way which causes lost revenue.

Lastly their leadership has proven to be untrustworth in pricing negotiations threatening to turn off service on the spot in order to get a contract signed at their desired terms.

Regal manages my teams whole operations, from SMS, Calls, follow ups, API, Zapier etc, Regal is the full package, we recently bata tested their progressive dialer which can be game changing for my organization!

**What do you dislike about Regal.ai?**

Not much of a dislike but their is an opportunit on the Progressive dialer, tends to have breaks inbetween calls and for long periods, once this is fixed i believ they should be good

One stop shop, I can say ideally all of the challenges i would have RE managing my leads Regal solves them with little to no opportunites!

Our main feature is the branded outbound calls. Everything else is nice to have, but that has increased our answer rate and improved our call center experience. It's also very easy to implement and use.

The main problem is getting folks to answer the phone and be primed for a conversation with us instead of answering a random number.

The journey orchestration system in Regal is excellent. The flexibility it offers us and the ability to experiment has made a huge difference in our sales conversion.

**What do you dislike about Regal.ai?**

There are many small nits: search in the audience page isn't great, the data model doesn't work for all business use cases, and much of the logic we'd like to have control over (call routing, agent assignment, etc.) is in the back-end. Compensating for these nits are an awesome customer success/implementation team, an extremely fast-moving product org, and a resultant slew of upgrades and changes that have made Regal a real pleasure to work with/use.

-Branded Caller ID: People pick up the phone!
-Journeys/Automation: We can be very perscriptive/experimental about how we conduct sales
-Excellent Analytics: We can see exactly what is happening, where, when, and with whom

The lack of email campaigns. Although we understand that they are working on that feature. We look forward to the day when this feature is available, as it will open up a world of possibilities.

The tool is straightforward to get up and running quickly.  With very little training you can have a journey that is reaching your customers.  The customer support has been fantastic.  The folks at Regal want you to be successful with their tool, and they help you with a sense of urgency.

Sometimes the tool can be a bit too simple.  There is basic functionality missing or only available to the Regal team.  However, they have shared enhancements on the roadmap and I've seen some of those come to users over the last few weeks.  They are constantly improving.

We have tried numerous other voice-over IP solutions that all are the same; Regal set itself apart by providing productivity and reliability. They deliver on what they say and more.

Our company has struggled with low call connection rates for the last couple of years. We found Regal when looking to solve our problem and were blown away by how well they solved it! Not only did their solution improve the outbound number display, but it also increased our call connections tremendously. Regal voice is a game-changing solution that has dramatically increased our lead-setters performance. The future is looking bright for Regal. The downsides to regal are the integration with salesforce is not perfect. We have to commit to API calls back and forth between the two systems, and there is no pop out of regal in salesforce. Also when we have to leads with the same phone number, regal cannot recognize that

Regal allows us to prioritize calls based on criteria in salesforce and expectations from our partners. So far, we have been able to meet lofty goals that were set for my team, in large part due to regal improving our efficiency.

The journey workflows create an automation sequence that helps my team be able to work on the hottest leads at the right time while keeping colder leads engaged. Their implementation team is awesome! Regal lets us personalize outreach across channels at key revenue generating moments. They do everything to ensure that our SMS and phone outreach is timely and based on event-driven triggers, and then they give our agents an easy tool to engage appropriately. Through journeys and segmenting, they also have a wide array of options to curtail campaigns to target specific customers, and they have a branded caller ID feature which drives higher connect rates by showing customers our brand name when we call cell phones.

I would like to see better functionality to smooth outbound volume based on capacity and inbounds at a given time.
