Reflys is great at qualifying and pre-qualifying website traffic prior to reaching out to an SDR. The system enables us to configure custom conversational flows and pose the right questions for discovery upfront. Being able to learn whether a prospect has a budget, the company's size, and IT pain points before booking a discovery call saves us countless hours.

**What do you dislike about Reflys?**

While Reflys works well with most of the calendars, there are cases when its calendar scheduling integration may occasionally sync with the main CRM platforms not on peak times. This is not something that really affects us a lot, but having the perfect integration of this feature would make things better.

**What problems is Reflys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to Reflys, I used to spend several hours per day trying to catch cold or irrelevant form fills. Reflys solves this problem by serving as our 24/7 digital gatekeeper and filtering out unqualified traffic and pushing qualified leads into our pipelines.

The user interface is very easy to work with in order to create conversational tree maps and automation logic. This helps us easily visualize how our users will go through the conversation flow on platforms like WhatsApp or Messenger and allows our team to optimize for conversational UX without being bogged down with syntax concerns at first.

**What do you dislike about Reflys?**

The available templates are somewhat limiting from a visual point of view; therefore, in order to customize them to fit a particular set of brand guidelines, we have to put in slightly more effort than we would expect. Additionally, managing the media assets in the library can be improved when working with the chat flow.

The reporting feature could provide more insightful analytics on previous points of failure in the conversation flow. More advanced options for visualization of the data would help us a lot to provide the metrics during our quarterly meetings.

We need finer granular role-based access controls in our admin interface. In particular, when trying to manage various support teams at our company, I’d like to have a finer control over who has access to edit live chat rules.
