**What do you like best about Redtie?**

One thing which i really like about Redtie is how easy it is to use.I faced some issue with the ticket management system but the customer service was great to help me out.We have been using it for a year and the ticket management tool has made it easier for us toimprove our customer service time.

**What do you dislike about Redtie?**

I would like to see more stability when it comes to high traffic. If that can be done, it is great

It has improved the response time for us with the ticket management tool

**What do you like best about Redtie?**

Redtie performs best in one of its key features, in that it allows users to send and receive attachments via text. It makes work easier in terms of communication and guarantees that everyone has the right documents with them.

**What do you dislike about Redtie?**

I am unable to receive messages containing attachments, I am unable to send messages with attachments.Redtie lacks the ability to synch two such apps does not offer two-way communication.

**What problems is Redtie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redtie replaces the use of email attachment to send simple documents or images to a client or a colleague. It continues in the text format of messaging which most of the people find easier and quicker than email.

Because Redtie is a cloud-based platform, accessing and using its features requires a steady internet connection. This reliance on internet connectivity may be a drawback for users in places with spotty or restricted internet service.

Redtie enables users to seamlessly share files and essential papers, which promotes collaborative work. The option to share attachments through text message promotes teamwork and makes sure that everyone has access to the relevant information, whether it's for a team project, providing work updates, or working with clients.

**What do you like best about Redtie?**

I've used previous management tools in the past which were quite clunky and segmented. RedTie allows us to manage all the aspects for our employees in one easy to use place at an admin level.

**What do you dislike about Redtie?**

At the time I was using this software, there were no drawbacks that I found. Especially when comparing to previous tools at other companies, this system was streamlined and efficient to use.

**What problems is Redtie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to easily draw analytics for overall operation as well as individual performance, including high level and specific performance KPI review, allowed me to utilise effort elsewhere.
