What do you like best about Redtie?

One thing which i really like about Redtie is how easy it is to use.I faced some issue with the ticket management system but the customer service was great to help me out.We have been using it for a year and the ticket management tool has made it easier for us toimprove our customer service time. What do you like best about Redtie?

I've used previous management tools in the past which were quite clunky and segmented. RedTie allows us to manage all the aspects for our employees in one easy to use place at an admin level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
