**What do you like best about RedJade?**

I like that Redjade has the ability to have built in timers. Whenever I've completed surveys using Redjade there are some scenarios where I have to wait a certain amount of time. This is actually built into the pages of the survey and therefore I can first of all easily track the time and secondly it will automatically progress me through to the next step once the time limit has been completed. It's a nice little feature and it means that it's well built and well designed.

**What do you dislike about RedJade?**

Sometimes the surveys can look quite old school and there is not a very nice GUI or user experience. It's very basic in its aesthetics and I feel that sometimes this makes it feel quite old and outdated as a software tool.

**Recommendations to others considering RedJade:**

I would very much recommend this platform. It's easy to use, incoredinky reliable and allows you to conduct many concurrent tests without the fear of the platform breaking or becoming unusable.
It's a very quick and easy to use platform which I have used time and time again and enjoying using and interacting with. It's a fantastic tool to use either in a specific setting or at home.

**What problems is RedJade solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Completing surveys in a quick and easy way, it's very intuitive and so therefore anyone can pick it up and know how it works very quickly. The learning curve is very short with this tool. It's also a really reliable tool that allows for a very large group to complete their surveys concurrently and the system can handle it. I've never seen the system crash or have major issues. 
This also solves the issues of completing surveys from home - a link can be used and accessed by anyone at home and then the survey can be completed online without the need to be in a specific secure environment. 
Also there are some nice features built in such as the ability to include pictures to illustrate certain points and certain questions.
