**What do you like best about Redbooth?**

Collaborative workspaces in Redboooth are great. It is also easy for my team to be on the same page and get every information they need in the easiest of conveniences.

**What do you dislike about Redbooth?**

It cannot isolate individual team member’s performance or track project trends at different periods. It did not offer improved reporting as to enhance our strategic models for detecting areas for growth and enhancing our operations.

**What problems is Redbooth solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the help of Redbooth tool my team became more effective in their communication. The centralized areas of the work make it easy to manage everyone and do away with other numerous emails and paper works.

**What do you like best about Redbooth?**

Task management is easy. I can easily assign tasks to my team. I can the work progress as everyone who finishes leaves their comments. It allows adding different tags to different tasks that makes it easier for people to priortize tasks accordingly. All the proejcts files are uploaded to Redbooth and it serves as a backup as well.

**What do you dislike about Redbooth?**

Redbooth has recently implemented this rule where only administrators can resolv the tasks. My team faced this trouble that some members couldn't resolve the tasks. Usually, in our company, when somebody finishes a task they assign it back to me and resolve the task. However, due to the new settings, it was difficult for us to manage tasks.

**What problems is Redbooth solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redbooth has helps us organize all of the out projects. We have put everything into RB. Every mordning tasks are distributed among team members and it's come quite easy for us to maintain balance. Overall, it has a great positive impact on our perfromance. Good tracking system has enables us get more things done on a daily basis.

**What do you like best about Redbooth?**

Very easy to use, setup very easy. Users can understand it in less than an hour. Task lists and tags csn be set up per project, so it's very flexible. Time tracking easy to use but very detailed to analyse.

**What do you dislike about Redbooth?**

For development and complex projects it can be somehow limited. Integrations with third party apps somehow limited. Seems that development and improvement of the app is quite limited or slow.

**What problems is Redbooth solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agency projects like websites or marketing campaigns can be set-up and controlled easily with Redbooth. Working time and billable hours can be also managed, although it's not perfect.

**What do you like best about Redbooth?**

I like its user-friendly interface. It lets you assign tasks to different team members and keep an eye on updates. Redbooth is pretty good for team collaboration, brainstorming new ideas, and also for keeping all the project data stored in one place. You can put priority tags on important tasks and rush jobs which is cool. The dashboard is pretty much like an email that allows you to check your tasks. You can create different workspaces for different teams and departments. It also has the option to get everyone on board and have HD meetings. The reporting system is also good that helps you with different types of project-related details. You can overview tasks assigned to other team members, manage your calendar, do time-tracking, and use other cool stuff to accomplish the goal.

**What do you dislike about Redbooth?**

What do I dislike about Redbooth? Well, the only con that I noticed is the lack of support on its mobile application. It has room for improvement. It takes a lot of storage space and weighs heavily on mobile devices. Moreover, the text drafting is bad.

**Recommendations to others considering Redbooth:**

If you have a remote team that needs to collaborate on projects, Redbooth will be a great fit for you. The business plan will be a good start but you should definitely try the 14-days trial before making the final decision.

**What problems is Redbooth solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is an important part of our business as we have remote employees who are supposed to share their input on projects. The tasks are assigned to people, and then other supporting data ( project creative brief)  is shared with team members to initiate work. Team members send preview and source files that are shared with the clients. In the next run, clients provide their feedback on initial drafts and the response is shared with particular teams through Redbooth. This is our work model and it would be fair to say that RB makes it happen for us.

Redbooth is affordable, it is easy to use. It is available for Windows, Mac, and Linux, ios and Android so the compatibility with operating systems won't get in the way of your teamwork. The task management features are great.

They provide your whole organization with only 2 GBs of space which should be increased.

You can have HD video calls with your team members, Redbooth also provides you with screen sharing feature.

I love the most about this product is the ease of using the functionality. Task management tools are good and easy to use as well as the meeting, video chat and screen share.

It's difficult to onboard team members because of the limitation of email. Sharepoint is complex and expensive.

I was using this software for project management. The task management software and video chat were very useful.

**What do you like best about Redbooth?**

The site is very easy to navigate and organize tasks; it allows you to email in new tasks and appears in the list. The reports are even better, allowing you to track time and users accurately.

**What do you dislike about Redbooth?**

They used to have a customizable email address for a helpdesk-style setup. It was allowing customers/staff members to email in tickets that would get added to the list. Sadly this feature no longer exists.

I use Redbooth to manage my staff's workload, track their hours and time spent on projects. Receiving email notifications helps a lot also when staff are working remotely.

Redbooth is a communication, collaboration and project management platform that will allow you to increase the performance and productivity of your teams thanks to its vast number of tools for task management, collaboration, file sharing and visual tracking of projects. It is a software whose monthly cost is very low and that has a minimal learning curve and also has a well-designed interface that enhances the learning process

**What do you dislike about Redbooth?**

Some functions are limited and complicated, for example in team management where we cannot do productivity analysis, nor do we have tools to make comments or notes. Similarly, Redbooth has limited technical support and the mobile applications are not very intuitive, and it is not the most effective tool to carry out marketing projects

Redbooth is a powerful platform to keep in touch through all its collaboration functions, another strong feature of this software and why I recommend it is to manage and monitor tasks as it has many functions that allow us to measure the performance of each of the participants, it has a great interface with a distinctive design and a very affordable cost

In my organization we have had problems to follow up on the tasks assigned to the different members of the team but thanks to Redbooth we can not only supervise the performance of our team but also delegate work, adjust due dates and modify the status of the projects, another facility that this software has given us is the HD video calls that we use to make conferences and keep in touch with our customers

Redbooth is a completely modern and productive platform for business task and project management, the service is completely intuitive to work with, has a great interface, allows to store files, evaluate the progress obtained from each implemented task, has a robust workflow system and its high versatility makes it ideal to work on different tasks. A quite interesting feature for me of this service is that it can be configured so that the various notifications arrive instantly to the users' email.

**What do you dislike about Redbooth?**

The software is very limited for storing files, since it only has 2GB capacity, it would really be excellent if its developers expanded its storage capacity, another disadvantage of Redbooth is that it lacks options for updating tag states and although it is not an extremely necessary function, this function is very much needed in various situations.

**Recommendations to others considering Redbooth:**

People who are interested in acquiring a project management software I can pleasantly advise that Redbooth is an option that they cannot overlook to evaluate for their needs, since the service is easy to use, implement and is a very advanced tool, its price is accessible and the tool is completely exponential to address any need or to use in teams of all sizes.

When you want to manage projects and tasks with precision and agility Redbooth is the best option you can count on, since it is a platform with a very wide and simple structure to work with, the software is highly accessible since it offers very low prices, provides access through different devices, whether Android, iPhone, iPad, Mac and Windows which is an aspect that I consider very comfortable to work with Redbooth. The service has a system to evaluate the work done by the team members, the interface of this service is very practical to work because it is very simple, it allows beginners to integrate without problems, in general Redbooth is a service that has no limits.

When working with Redbooth's mobile application it can sometimes happen that your system is not updated correctly if not erroneously, its capacity to store documents is very limited and this often causes us problems to work, in general I can say that Redbooth's service still needs work to make it more effective, but in spite of everything its operation is very good to work with.

**What do you like best about Redbooth?**

Redbooth is a modern project and task management software that gives you an excellent task collaboration space to work in a team. With this you can achieve a better workflow since we manage our time in a more efficient way, you can also assign tasks with due dates and also tag them which makes everything easier, the application for IOS is excellent and very intuitive it always alerts me about the progress of the projects and I can visualize them in a modern calendar and provides continuous updates for the projects.

**What do you dislike about Redbooth?**

Redhooth has some things to improve for example it requires an increase in memory as I am short when it comes to saving large amounts of documentation, I consider that the platform integrates many tools and the use of it can be complicated if the user is not familiar with the program that means that the learning curve is quite high as project management software does not have a tool that allows tracking costs until its completion this in my opinion is a notable weakness finally does not have many options for customization.

Our organization totally recommends Redhooth since it is one of the main software of automation of the mails at the moment of management of projects giving benefits to great scale integrating with facility other functions, nevertheless it is important to emphasize that for Redhooth it is a priority to improve the capacity of increase of memory of documentary storage for the companies that need it.

We use Redhooth as a management tool to plan and manage our tasks because it is software that has great ease of execution of that work also adding that it has a capacity for automation with the various emails thus giving a capacity to react when organizing the various task management and resource management in a very effective.

**What do you like best about Redbooth?**

I like the colors and basic designs of the charts and lists. It's generally a software that's easy to look at and the different tasks and information panels are defined distinctly enough for us to be able to browse through sections fast. I like the way information is automatically inserted into different reporting formats and views.

**What do you dislike about Redbooth?**

I will occasionally want to adjust of the fields to fit in a certain way, but it hasn't been that much of a pain for me. I like the way Redbooth looks for the most part.

**Recommendations to others considering Redbooth:**

I'd recommend getting an understanding of all the features when you first start using Redbooth. I know that might seem obvious, but I think many people don't do that and take a while to enter information that can be highly leveraged by Redbooth.

**What problems is Redbooth solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can add tons of information and share resources so that we don't need to send content around the group through emails and such. We can generate charts, graphs and calendars to get a visual understanding of wide swath of data from many different employees and tasks.

Redbooth is very user-friendly and connects to many outside storage clouds, allowing projects to have a "home base" for many users.

**What do you dislike about Redbooth?**

I do not like how updates are on a separate tab, and because it's hidden I often miss updates from when I was not logged on.

Redbooth allows me to better organize my days, weeks and months. It also helps my team organize a project from the beginning and set expectations and responsibilities for everyone involved.

Redbooth has all of the primary collaboration features for cloud-based management software. We can set tasks for individuals, send messages to our entire group, get emails when alerts are needed, and do it all in a fairly user-friendly interface.

**What do you dislike about Redbooth?**

Redbooth has been extremely useful for me, so I have a mostly positive impression of my use of it up until this point.

**What problems is Redbooth solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can get informed automatically whenever crucial information is added to our shared projects. Our team is more efficient when it comes to staying on task individually and as a group. We're able to address problems in a more timely manner and can communicate in a more unified way.

The dashboard organizes all of your tasks by due date, regardless of where they're coming from, so that you don't miss anything.

**What do you dislike about Redbooth?**

Subtasks aren't available unless you have an upgraded user account (an extra $6 per person per month). Really annoying for what seems like it should be a basic, foundational feature.

**What problems is Redbooth solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Redbooth just for myself to manage everything I have to do.  It keeps everything on track and keeps my projects moving.

**What do you like best about Redbooth?**

Redbooth is a great way to track miscelanious things within your company. Like for example in our company, we use Redbooth to track invoices issued via different entities that are not the most trackable via our main source which is Procore. 

**What do you dislike about Redbooth?**

Redbooth is really just good for a supplemental side kick role software. Like in our company we use it is supplement to Procore. It defintely has its limitations, but it serves its purpose.

**What problems is Redbooth solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As mentioned earlier, we are using Redbooth to compliment Procore as a method to streamline communication and tracking efforts that normally do not go through the Procore workflow.

Redbooth offers good options for large teams to be able to coordinate. I personally think that the individual task management is very straightforward, with the ability to assign, remind and tag individuals being very flexible. I prefer having it this way than digging through emails. We have a professional project manager on staff who manages our system very well and keeps it neat.

My two major gripes are how poorly RB handles Word documents, and the lack of a calendar view. We are often sending word documents back and forth, and RB's "preview" functions are very lacking. I always have to download the file and open it, even if I just need to skim over it quickly. I also really would like to be able to have a calendar view of specific task areas. We keep a list of upcoming dates in a section, and viewing that on a calendar would be incredibly valuable to my team.

Redbooth is only worthwhile if you commit to it. It really requires that you use the system for everything, and move off of trying to coordinate your projects on email/text.

We are solving the task of keeping track of a diverse number of digital and web deliverables across a remote team. Having everything in a central location is incredible helpful, and for the most part it has lightened the load on our email inboxes. We are also able to log all of our completed tasks and projects in RB, which is good for looking back and analyzing.

The main thing I like is that everyone I work with on a given activity is connected and can share and access relevant information and files from everyone involved. Redbooth can integrate with many different cloud storage services and other software to make processing data and files more seamless. The way Redbooth looks quite nice and doesn't have an intimidating or boring business feel to it like I've seen in other similar software.

Though there are many templates to choose from, it can be overwhelming and confusing to start off projects. I don't always know quite where to start and get things rolling in the most efficient way. There will often be much tinkering and trial and error involved before we have a decent setup in place.

If the pricing for the premium plans is too high for your budget, I'd suggest starting out with the lower level plans to see how the included features work for your needs and then add on integrations, apps or extended features in higher tier plans as you see fit later.

By using Redbooth, I feel like I don't need to worry as much about emailing and setting up meetings since most of our information and resources are instantly available through the Redbooth platform online. Redbooth is overshadowed by the popularity of other team/project management tools. The reason for this perplexes me, as Redbooth is significantly better than the competition. Redbooth has all the features of competing tools, but with a better - even beautiful - interface. Redbooth offers web browser access, as well as apps on Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android. I would never recommend any other tool more than Redbooth. A free plan is offered for you and a colleague to try.

Paid plans are fairly expensive. Generally this shouldn't be an issue for a profitable business, but those looking to use it for hobbyist and non-profit projects might find it a bit taxing.

It had many of the features I was looking for such as task dependencies, a gantt chart, card style workspaces, subtasks, good notifications, and easy uploading. In our research, a lot of others project management tools had these, but they didn't feel as engaging to use as Redbooth.

Now that we've added more complexity to our workspaces and have scaled our projects, I'm finding that I rely on the calendar view more often. The calendar feels like this least developed aspect, as it doesn't have great filtering or drag and drop capability when we want to move tasks a few days over. Color coding labels would be nice as well.

Current Task List and Check Lists are the two big things for me.  Current task is efficient, clean and easily organized and checklists for the card tasks makes sure everything needed done is done.  Oh and templates!  Being able to quickly copy from a core template for any task or board is such a time saver.

Nothing, I love it all.  I've tried the majority of other services and while they get some things right, Redbooth gets the most things right for how I approach, manage and store information for projects.  The only thing I can think of is an extra board or two for the free version since it is limited to only two.

If your not sure, try all the others and then try redbooth.  You won't go back.

I especially like the timeline view. It is helping me become more realistic about the amount of time I need to complete certain tasks. The ability to create subtasks and task lists is very helpful. When I get stuck on one aspect of the project, I can easily see other tasks that I can tackle to keep the project moving forward.

I wish there was a way to share your workspace with one or two other  people when using the free version. I wanted to share my workspace with my dissertation advisor, but had to pay to add her to my workspace. It is different if you a coordinating a team, but for just sharing your progress, there ought to be a limited way to do that.

Much easier to use than other project management  tools I have tried. I am actually getting things done with Redbooth and had virtually no learning curve. I tried trello, MS Project, and Wrike, and just couldn't seem to get my project entered effectively into any of them.

The fact that timelines can be assigned to task and also prioritize them. Am able to assigned tasks to not only my reports but also my supervisor for review. Redbooth is so convenient to use and help manage task. Am able to see when task are accomplished. The sub task component is also very goo. It help assign components of a main task to different people especially when ones input is dependent on another output. Most of all is the reporting part where one can pull a report on the level on task created, task resolved, task pending and even task left opened. Red booth has been very helpful with project organization, coordination of tasks, and job flow. It helps me keeps things on track better and reminds. Notwithstanding, my supervisor is also ab;e to monitor me on red booth through task assigned. **What do you like best about Redbooth?**

I like that I can see my part in assignments no matter what time I am here it also eliminates a lot of the note taking that you have do in meetings 

**What do you dislike about Redbooth?**

it can be hard to load when all of us in a meeting are trying to get on redbooth at the same time. I always login in in my office and bring my laptop loaded and ready to got o stop that 

**Recommendations to others considering Redbooth:**

Easy to use even for those who aren't tech savvy,
 

**What problems is Redbooth solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping people on track with assignments and making it easier to contribute to assignment. Because there is public accountability it keeps projects on track.
