What do you like best about Red Technology?

Red Technology is a great, transparent and trustworthy company to be working with. From the initial sales contact to implementation team and after sales support team, everything is documented in details. TradeIt ecommerce platform meets all our requirements and improves efficiency of our sales ordering process and invoice payment process. All Red team members that we come across knows their products very well, very knowledgeable, professional and helpful and got the projects done well! What problems is Red Technology solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reduce unnecessary errors of sales order processing when orders are taking manually, and avoid incur additional carriage charge for collecting wrong products being sent.

Orders placed out of office hours and orders are ready to be picked, packed and despatched by warehouse, shortened the process.

What do you like best about Red Technology?

I really like the multi-tenant and multi-brand capabilities of Red Technology. It's amazing for companies managing multiple brands or serving different types of customers, as it lets us handle each brand or customer segment with tailored content, pricing, and product offerings all within a single unified platform. This not only streamlines our internal operations but also gives our diverse customer base a more personalized experience. I also appreciate the cost-saving aspect of the multi-tenant feature, as it allows multiple tenants to share a single software instance and infrastructure, reducing hardware and maintenance costs. Additionally, Red Technology's flexibility in supporting various business models and integrating multiple suppliers and distributors is a huge plus for us, meeting the individual and complex business requirements of different enterprises. The ability to centralize multiple sales channels into one interface also simplifies management, reducing the time and effort spent on managing multiple platforms and improving operational efficiency. Insufficient Training Materials: The available training materials, such as documentation and video tutorials, could be more comprehensive.
