Along with recruitment it helps in Vendor management as well so that we do have to use any other VMS system. **What do you dislike about RecruitX?** Nothing as such but duplicate profile are there many times but it is with all the ATS but recruitX has proven better then other comparitevely. So this is the only thing and some small glitches here and there. **What problems is RecruitX solving and how is that benefiting you?** Great way to get best candidates in the Market onboarded to the organisation as it provides easy access to great database and recruitment features. Did not like the feature of only having three or four choices of the career portal layout and no pictures can be added. Customizations are limited and the i-frame choice for the career portal makes it not Google friendly in listing jobs in the search results. **What problems is RecruitX solving and how is that benefiting you?** Good to have for an ATS more for permanent placement of candidates rather than staffing. Lacks shift scheduling tool, job boards and many features that would enhance it more to be viable to a wider recruiting/staffing audience ### 3. We can find best IT candidates on it, all over USA. We can find diversity candidates too. **What do you dislike about RecruitX?** Nothing it's just fine but sometimes there's some glitches on it as throw me back on home page. **What problems is RecruitX solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm a recruiter so this RecruitX helps me a lot to find candidates. That might be a good fit to this tool!
