**Describe the project or task Recrooit helped with:**

I applied as a recruiter to help find the candidate requested by the company that published its job ad on Recrooit to fill open position. Everything is really well done.  After you are verified, you are presented with all the information you need to start recruiting process. There are a lot of different positions to fill; each ad has info about the position, requirements, salary range, remote or not, bounty offered for the position, etc.  

The process itself is simple and straightforward; You submit CVs of the candidates you gained through sourcing via platforms like LinkedIn, in case that company is interested in one of the submitted candidates you get few questions from company to ask them. In case there is a match, you get notification on the platform and email that your candidate has been selected  and you receive the bounty associated with that job position. 

If you are recruiter, you should check out Recrooit since it is a great platform that cuts the time for recruiters to find companies to recruit for, especially if you are freelance recruiter. Find a candidate, fill the empty position, get the bounty. Simple! At the same time you gain another option to help with hiring.

If you are company you should use Recrooit to save time. By using it, you are presented with the candidates directly without spending the time on finding the right match. You get CVs that fit the published position, thus saving the time from screening each of dozen CVs, that may or may not fit, which you receive via regular job ads, By asking the questions you can get answers that will help you in your hiring decision.

**What do you like best about Recrooit?**

Simple interface, Slack channel for support in case you have questions for the Recrooit.

**What do you dislike about Recrooit?**

Responsiveness on smaller resolution. There should be better support for phones and tablets.

**What problems is Recrooit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overcomplicated hiring process. I can ask companies the question that are essential for hiring and get better responses from candidates. That way I saved the time by knowing if there is interest or not by specific candidate.
