  ### 1. Greatly needed and right on time!

**What do you like best about RecRam?**

RecRam has solved my "How do I leave a video testimonial?" problem. Rather than giving clients a confusing process, I now share a RecRam link to my video testimonial form, making it easier for them to complete. The clients enjoy the easy interface, whether on desktop or mobile. It looks professional, which elevates my brand. The process is simple, and I receive notifications when the testimonials are added to my account. Easy as 1-2-3!

Implementation was a breeze. RecRam provides templates, or you can create your own form from scratch. I used a basic template, and it works great.

When I did have issues, all I had to do was email support@recram.com, and I received a reply within minutes. They were super quick to respond and got me on track. There was one software issue, but it was fixed within hours. The other issues I encountered were due to user error.

I have been using it for a little while now, but I plan to increase my use by integrating the form link into my review process to gather regular video testimonials.

Highly recommend!! Worth its weight in gold. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

**What do you dislike about RecRam?**

Not much really. On the recording page, it would be nice to be able to choose which format options appear (e.g., Video, Audio, Text) and hide the ones I don't need. There may be a way to do this already; I just haven't figured it out.

**What problems is RecRam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RecRam is making it easy for me to gather video testimonials. Instead of asking clients to record a video on their phone and then upload it to some link, all I have to do is send them the RecRam form link, and within a few clicks, I have their testimonial. Brilliant!

**What do you like best about RecRam?**

This is the best video support platform I've used. I use it mostly for all my purposes as the number of features are more than enough for my work. It is easy to use and if I have a doubt the customer support is excellent. Also implementing any feature is easy. There is ease in integrating it. I frequently use it for my work and loving it so far.

**What do you dislike about RecRam?**

As such there are no downside of it for me, I'm loving the application.

**What problems is RecRam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The several features provided on this platform is benefiting me. Specially the translation in 30+ languages for the video is a big thumbs up for me.

**What do you like best about RecRam?**

It has been beneficial to have RecRam’s video response for travel associate to help in getting feedback from the users. This gives customers a chance to be more natural when responding to the surveys than the usual text-base surveys hence the best results.

**What do you dislike about RecRam?**

Some of the parameters set for video surveys themselves looked somewhat limited in the customization. Even though there are templates available here and there I could not easily create my own design to fit the branded image.

**What problems is RecRam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RecRam has enhanced the quality and richness of the feedback we acquire from users. It appears that collecting videos as response gives a better understanding of needs and frustrations of the customers compared to the regular surveys.

**What do you like best about RecRam?**

I find this format easier than conducting direct surveys and let the user explain themselves by answering questions.RecRam uses a video response system and sound responses that make it unique in handling and combining user feedback.

**What do you dislike about RecRam?**

RecRam is good in terms of data accumulation, I am not very comfortable with its assimilation into my daily usage. There is no easy way to export the feedback data and it does not fully integrate with my CRM or marketing automation software.

**What problems is RecRam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RecRam has proven to be a useful resource for collecting qualitative information of customer relations. This helps allow me to better manage specific marketing campaigns, product development, and other associated tasks.

RecRam was a nice tool we used for events to offer surveys at the finishing of events to get feedback for future events.
