This would allow us to communicate and build out the account more efficiently. Also, maybe outside your capabilities, but I'd love to be able to have the prospect sign the agreement through this tool as well. **What problems is Recapped.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** I save quite a bit of time not writing emails to recap things I had just covered in our meeting, this allows me to move on and be more productive. We were using Google Docs/Sheets prior and Recapped is just better in so many ways. And clients notice it as well...not a week goes by that I don't hear positive feedback on the tool and they often also comment that they need to get their own sales team to start using it. **What do you dislike about Recapped.io?** The only negative I can think of is that it is just an additional tool that you need to train your team to use. **What problems is Recapped.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** These mutual action plans are helping us run a tighter process and lower our avg deal cycle, while differentiating our sales experience while doing so.
