The most helpful part of Recall is how easy it makes it to save, organize, and find information again later.
I use it on both desktop and iPhone to capture articles, research, reference material, and ideas that I may want to come back to. Instead of relying on bookmarks, browser tabs, or trying to remember where I saved something, Recall gives me one searchable place to keep it all.
The biggest upside is that it reduces the mental clutter of trying to remember where information is stored. I can focus more on using the information rather than managing it.
I also really appreciate how responsive the Recall team is to feedback and suggestions. It gives me confidence that the product is continuing to improve based on how people actually use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As my knowledge base grows, I would like a bit more flexibility in how information can be organized and managed. For example, stronger options for grouping related content, filtering larger collections, and managing older material would be helpful.
I would also like a simple way to track progress on saved content, such as marking an article as read, a video as watched, or an item as completed. That would make it easier to distinguish between information I have already reviewed and content I still want to come back to.
These are relatively minor issues for me. Recall is still very useful in day-to-day use, and the team has been very responsive to feedback and suggestions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
