What do you like best about Rebilly?

It has a complete system of different types of billing, from recurring billing and subscriptions, for regular subscribers, to online billing. It also has a customer portal, where customers can log in and subscribe, view their payments, their invoices and all their account history with our company. Create customizable email reminders for our customers to remind them of their upcoming payment or deduction of their payment from their accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rebilly?

Setting up the entire system with our requirements and customization takes time and dedication. It also cost us a lot to integrate with some accounting and payment software, mainly PayPal, but we managed to solve it. Some subscribers are having trouble logging in to the portal, they say that the platform is not loading properly. We have already talked to technical support to solve the situation.
