"Rebilly helps us with our subscribers' payments"

What do you like best about Rebilly?

It has a complete system of different types of billing, from recurring billing and subscriptions, for regular subscribers, to online billing. It also has a customer portal, where customers can log in and subscribe, view their payments, their invoices and all their account history with our company. Create customizable email reminders for our customers to remind them of their upcoming payment or deduction of their payment from their accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rebilly?

Setting up the entire system with our requirements and customization takes time and dedication. It also cost us a lot to integrate with some accounting and payment software, mainly PayPal, but we managed to solve it. Some subscribers are having trouble logging in to the portal, they say that the platform is not loading properly. We have already talked to technical support to solve the situation. Recommendations to others considering Rebilly:

It is undoubtedly the best software we have been able to find to keep in order all payments of subscribers, with the ability to house a large database of our customers, billing history and much more, the software is very complete, so we recommend it 100%. Since we have this software, we have been able to have under control all the payments of the different subscribers of our services, knowing who pays, who does not, who subscribes and who already deleted their subscription, making our company much more productive, generating more confidence in our customers and generating more sales. What problems is Rebilly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rebilly is helping us to effectively manage all the subscriptions and payments of our subscribers in one system, in a unified way, so we don't have errors regarding monthly payments, discounts, invoices, deductions and refunds. Everything we need for the promotion and sale of our services. It allows customizable invoices for different subscribers, as well as online invoices and a complete billing management. It has a portal for customers, where they can view their payment history with us. Reminders to the different subscribers for the cancellation of monthly payments.
