Everything can be automated. Our old system we had to print to view reports (archaic i know!). Now we can download reports to PDF. With OpsTechnology we can start the process of eliminating paper invoices. OpsTechnology's reporting layout is awful. Once you generate a report, you'd think you'd be able to click on something to view it in more detail. But you can't. They are in the process of changing it, but it'll take time.
