It’s an all-in-one platform where you can do almost everything — leasing, accounting, maintenance, tenant screening, and document management. Everything is connected in one place. I work with both the OneSite and Financial Suite modules, and they work together perfectly. What do you dislike about RealPage OneSite? During financial PO (Purchase Order) processing, it doesn’t allow partial processing by amount. For example, if a PO has one item priced at $600, you can’t process $300 now and the remaining $300 later.
