## About Realm
Realm is an AI platform for revenue teams that transforms company knowledge into intelligent, automated workflows. By connecting to and indexing knowledge from across documentation repositories, CRM systems, sales collateral, and communication platforms, Realm enables companies to scale revenues without increasing headcount. Realm has three main features. Through a familiar chat interface, Realm delivers intelligent, conversational search across the full breadth of company knowledge, leveraging semantic understanding to provide highly relevant, accurate, and permissions-aware answers. The RFx tool streamlines RFPs, RFIs, and security assessments by intelligently drawing on internal knowledge and previous responses, without having to manually update a knowledge base. This significantly reduces manual effort for proposal and sales enablement teams, accelerates deal cycles, and ensures consistent, high-quality responses at scale. Realm also allows organizations to create customized AI agents tailored to specific revenue workflows. These agents can automate multi-step processes, from handling customer inquiries and onboarding to supporting internal enablement and knowledge management, all configured to fit unique business needs and use cases. Realm turns scattered company knowledge into actionable insights and intelligent workflows.

## Realm Reviews
  ### 1. Realm should be mandatory by law for any support team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mikko K. | Head of Support, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Realm?**

As a buyer, Realm was one of the easiest cases ever. Realm was one of the few companies for which the DPA was a slam dunk approval. After signing the contract, we got as much training as needed from Realm wizards and all customers get a 30-day trial period to decide if it fills the need or not.

The collaboration with Realm is so quick and close in the same channels we use internally that sometimes it feels we are part of the same company. I am very grateful to Miika for going the extra mile over a weekend to deliver one very important feature for us that did not fit in their sprint. The OCR feature is fantastic for my support team, meaning that Realm can read information from the screenshots sent by the customers as every second of our support tickets includes a picture.

Phone support is important to us, and Realm plays a key role in streamlining that process. The CEO himself helped us to have a perfect prompt to have an automatic AI summary on each phone ticket. In our case this automated AI summary saves roughly one full support agent's worth of work, freeing the team from manual typing to focus on customers and after launching this feature, our team-wide SLA has been cut in half.

Integrating Realm into our internal process has helped significantly, enabling our whole staff to adapt their ways of working so that each role finds the advantages of AI in their own role.

We are part of Vitec Software Group, a group of 50 SaaS companies. We were the first to start with Realm, and now many other Vitec companies are using Realm thanks to our positive experience with it.

**What do you dislike about Realm?**

I wish Realm would be more specific when prompting it to find numeric data from Jira tickets. You have to guide it quite a bit and limit the projects, but this is also due to our huge mass of Jira data for Realm to index.

**What problems is Realm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thanks to Realm, every Futursoft employee is using AI in their daily work. Information is now shared more effectively across teams and it has even helped to streamline licenses for other tools. Our senior employees are very happy that they can find the information they know exists somewhere in seconds. The knowledge gap between junior and senior employees has been cut in half, as they can now start with Realm to get a push in the right direction before asking a human colleague.

  ### 2. Seamless Integrations, Smart Agents, and Responsive Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Noaman A. | Senior Director of Global Support, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Realm?**

Realm’s one of those tools my team and I rely on without even thinking about it. It’s gone from “nice to have” to genuinely indispensable.

It stands out in how well it plugs into everything. It’s embedded across our systems, such as Slack, Zendesk tickets, Drive, and more. All information comes back with clear citations, which makes a big difference to us. You can see exactly where it came from and use it with confidence straight away.

The ability to create agents is simple and intuitive, and actually useful. You can set them up with time-based or action-based triggers so they’re working in the background without you needing to prompt them. Running a Support team, I now have Realm agents notifying me on Slack when tickets or incidents hit a certain set of criteria I’ve defined. I also get daily summary reports to keep me on top of anything noteworthy. That background work is where Realm really stands out for me.

When you do need outputs, being able to export directly into Word or Docs makes it easy to go from insight to something shareable without extra steps.

We work closely with the Realm team, and they’re incredibly responsive and quick to act on feedback. I'm very happy to endorse this product.

**What do you dislike about Realm?**

There’s nothing I dislike about Realm. That said, I’m looking forward to a few additions, like more best practices for agents and workflows, and a clearer feature roadmap.

**What problems is Realm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest one is just finding information. Instead of jumping between Zendesk, Slack, docs, Jira, and trying to piece things together, I can get a complete answer in seconds. What used to take 30–60 minutes now takes a single query.

It’s also made a big difference in how I handle escalations. I can get full customer context straight away – history, sentiment, what’s already been tried, so I’m going into calls properly prepared.

Reporting is another big win. Things like QBRs, RCAs, and leadership updates that used to take days to pull together now come together in hours, and with better consistency.

It’s also really good at surfacing things you wouldn’t spot easily yourself, such as gaps in documentation, training needs, or identifying trends buried across hundreds of tickets.

  ### 3. Simple, Configurable AI That Centralizes Knowledge and Speeds Up RFP Responses

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David H. | Solutions Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Realm?**

Realm is very simple to use, yet still highly configurable. It offers multiple integrated LLM services to choose from, and each agent can be tailored with custom instructions and specific data sources. We connected our Slack, Gong, Drive, and Salesforce instances, which has made Realm our central source of truth for organizational knowledge. We use it for everything from competitive intelligence and sales call planning to drafting RFP responses. For RFP responses in particular, our time spent has decreased by about 80%, and we didn’t need to purchase a dedicated RFP management tool.

**What do you dislike about Realm?**

The company and platform are still relatively new, so a feature is occasionally missing. That said, the team is very responsive to client feedback and will quickly add what’s needed or fix the issue.

**What problems is Realm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a solutions engineer, Realm has radically reduced the time I spend answering questionnaires and responding to RFPs. It has also helped our sales team become more self-sufficient when handling some of the more basic questions we receive. Beyond that, I use it for code generation and for competitive research by scanning our Gong calls.

  ### 4. Fast, Flexible AI Agent Networks for Go-to-Market Business

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jaakko M. | Head of Revenue Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Realm?**

The ability to connect multiple sources and quickly build an AI agent network to support go-to-market processes is a real strength. The best part is how fast I can experiment, iterate, and deploy a new version for use, then see the impact in real usage.

**What do you dislike about Realm?**

My appetite for new ideas keeps growing as I use Realm, and I’m constantly coming up with fresh business use cases for Realm team. I need to be patient while the team develops the features I’m looking for or connects to the new sources I need. Additionally Realm is still sometimes lacking in connecting to large non structured data masses, I need to break it down ot smaller tasks with multiple agents or reduce the time horizon.

**What problems is Realm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Realm helps us by supporting the RFP process. 2. Realm is our GTM agentic tool, providing key insights into our customer base and prospects like e.g. competitor intel, deal insights and QBR insights. 3. Realm also supports our CSM team and support ticket handling by providing AI based draft answers. These are the main impacts

  ### 5. Realm is a True Partner for Scaling GTM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brindusa C. | Senior GTM Systems Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Realm?**

We loved working with the Realm team. They showed a genuine interest in helping us scale our GTM org, supporting new joiners as they onboarded onto a very technical product, and setting up the specific integrations needed for Realm to work in our environment.

It was a really easy lift to get everything set up, and the ramp-up for the teams to adopt it was short. Once we went live, a lot of people started building their own assistants, and we successfully deployed some workflows so team members can work more efficiently.

Overall, the team at Realm feels like a true partner.

**What do you dislike about Realm?**

There’s honestly nothing I dislike about it. I’m quite a fan of Realm.

**What problems is Realm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’re using Realm for its agentic power as well as for information discoverability. We’ve embedded it into our sellers’ prospecting workflows, and we’ve also built support analysis agents along with lightweight solution-engineering coaches.

  ### 6. Streamlines Data Access with Stellar Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joachim V. | Operations Manager - Customer Success, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Realm?**

I use Realm for easy access to our internal data and documentation, and to create agents that can act on this data automatically. It has solved the issue of having our data and documentation spread over many different systems, providing an easy way to access all the data and documentation from one place. The tool is really easy to use and intuitive, saving us a lot of time and has become an integral part of our workflow. The collaboration with the Realm team has been nothing but great, and the support they offer has been absolutely outstanding. It feels like a collaborative effort between our team and Realm's team to keep improving things, not just in the product, but also in our ways of working and getting the most out of the solutions Realm offers.

**What do you dislike about Realm?**

Realm's development moves at a very fast pace, and sometimes features can get rolled out faster than we can keep up with. Not all expected functionalities are always present when a new feature gets rolled out. As part of this fast pace, the documentation and training/onboarding material can be a bit lacking as well.

**What problems is Realm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Realm for easy access to internal data and documentation, solving data fragmentation by consolidating it in one place and automating actions.

  ### 7. Agile and user-friendly AI platform that genuinely listens to its customers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Realm?**

The ease of use is definitely the biggest highlight. You can get up and running with AI agents almost immediately without any steep learning curve, making it an easy tool to use even for non-technical stakeholders. On top of that, the customer support is phenomenal – we are working closely with the team; they are highly responsive, helpful, and genuinely care about your success. It’s also exciting to see how fast the product is evolving – the team is steadily rolling out new features and updates that consistently add value.

**What do you dislike about Realm?**

Because the team iterates quickly, you can sometimes see a minor hiccup here and there. Still, it’s a natural tradeoff for rapid innovation, especially since they’re genuinely invested in feedback and consistently use our input to steer development. As I keep finding new ways to leverage the platform, I mostly just need a bit more patience while they build out the capabilities I’m excited to see.

Right now, there are a few bottlenecks for more advanced use cases. I’d really like deeper control for power users, especially around mass prompt tuning and advanced agent configurations. In addition, working with large data volumes can be challenging at the moment, requiring us to break the workload into smaller chunks with multiple agents or narrow the timeframe. The platform also doesn’t have a built-in way to persistently store information, which leaves us relying on somewhat clunky workarounds, like Google Sheets. Overall, however, these critiques mostly reflect my eagerness for what’s coming next, and I’d love to see a clearer, more transparent product roadmap.

**What problems is Realm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to find information easily across different platforms is a major use case. Increasingly, Realm is also taking over tedious tasks, such as automatically compiling and analyzing market intelligence.

  ### 8. Solid tool - worth the investment!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** •Stuart M. | Senior Director, Revenue Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Realm?**

Realm feels like one of those tools that qsneaks into your workflow and then suddenly you can’t imagine life without it. It’s fast, intuitive, and actually solves a real problem instead of inventing one to justify its existence. The ability to centralise knowledge and give our teams instant access to the right answers has had a genuinely meaningful impact on how we operate.

Building agents for various use cases has been fun and leaders across the org have done this with ease, even the less tech savvy teams. The AI is smart without being annoying, helpful without being overbearing, and flexible enough to adapt to how we work rather than forcing us into some rigid, vendor-designed utopia that only exists in a pitch deck.

But the standout has to be the team. Working closely with them has been genuinely brilliant. There’s a strong, trusted relationship there. They listen, they move quickly, and they actually care about outcomes rather than just ticking off feature releases. It feels like a partnership, not a vendor relationship. That alone is worth its weight in gold.

If you’re drowning in RFPs, tribal knowledge, Slack archaeology, and endless internal questions, Realm is an absolute no-brainer. It helps you move faster, look smarter, and scale output without burning out your teams.

And if you value working with a team you can genuinely trust and collaborate with, Realm ticks that box too. Just be warned. Once your teams get used to instant answers and AI-assisted workflows, there’s no going back. You’ve been spoiled.

**What do you dislike about Realm?**

Because Realm is moving fast, sometimes you can feel that pace. New features land quickly, and occasionally you want just a little more polish or documentation before they ship. That said, the flip side is that your feedback actually shapes the roadmap, which is rare and massively appreciated.

There’s also a learning curve if you want to unlock its full potential. It’s powerful, which means you get out what you put in. But once you invest that setup time, the payoff is very real. It's easy to set up, but will take some time to get it nailed in full. Think about Netflix - when you have lots of films, picking one to watch takes the longest time. When Realm has lots of things you can do, knowing where to start is often the biggest battle when you're a tech nerd. Once you nail your own ideas down, or get their team to keep you focussed (thanks Miika!!), then you're flying.

**What problems is Realm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Realm is saving us countless hours across different teams and groups. It powers our Slack ask channels such as RevOps, Finance, Enablement and others. It flags gaps in internal documentation. It drives efficiency in processes like RFP's and legal reviews. Our teams love it for two key reasons: 1) it saves people time finding answers and they can self serve (2) teams aren't bogged down answering questions that AI can provide for them!

  ### 9. Great AI knowledgebase tool for RFQs and Sales Enablement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Albin H. | Bid Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Realm?**

Realm to me is an all-in-one AI assistant knowledgebase, which works great for searching company knowledge from a various connected data sources, but also a very good and also really excellent tool for creating RFQ content and filling out endless questionnaires for common questions, nobody would like to answer twice. As a Bid Manager this has really cut down my time spent on answering the same repeated questions that appear in most tenders.

**What do you dislike about Realm?**

The product itself is excellent and functions very well. However, there is a learning curve when it comes to configuring bots and agents, which can take some time to master. While creating basic AI content with Realm is straightforward, especially when using connectors or existing company documentation, producing truly outstanding content requires the AI tool to understand your organization's specific needs. This involves configuring various agents for particular purposes. Naturally, this level of customization isn't available immediately, but once you invest the time to tailor the setup, you can overcome this challenge and generate high-quality, knowledge base-driven content.

**What problems is Realm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Assisting with repetitive questions in security, GDPR, and compliance questionnaires, as well as pre-filling RFP answers, has been a significant time-saver. It allows every team to pre-fill documents, review them, and submit efficiently. Previously, before using Realm, this process was handled manually and took much longer.

  ### 10. Realm Saves Me 10 Hours a Week from RFPs and Customer Docs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Otto H. | CEO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Realm?**

Realm saves me probably 10 hours per week by eliminating the need to fill out various RFP forms, mutual success plans, and business cases for customers.

I'm also a heavy user of the Slack bot for company search.

The team is moving fast and listens to our feedback.

**What do you dislike about Realm?**

Figuring out all the options for AI agent builders requires a bit of a technical mindset.

**What problems is Realm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Any business process that needs a combination of AI assistance and human review is well-suited for Realm.

It's not just about the time-savings, but now we can by default offer customers a pre-filled business case.

  ### 11. Easy-to-Use LLM Assistants That Save Time Every Day

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Realm?**

What I like most is how easy it is to use across several LLMs, especially when creating personal assistants. It’s genuinely helpful and saves me a lot of time every day. The connections to CRM and Mail are also first-class, since they let me pull in additional information and keep everything consolidated in one place.

**What do you dislike about Realm?**

Sometimes the connections to third-party integrations don’t work. This might be on our end, not Realm’s.

**What problems is Realm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can gather loads of information quickly, which gives me a fast, well-informed overview of customers and prospects. It helps me stay on top of what’s going on, even if I haven’t spoken with them in months.

  ### 12. Exceptional Support and Time-Saving Workflows

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Realm?**

The support from their team and the time that we save by not having to search for internal information anymore. The new agentic approach is also cool as you can build more and more workflows with internal knowledge and llm´s. The use of it is easy as you can access it via slack or the online version which is basically like using chatgpt. You can easily connect it with the bigger common used saas tools. Really looking forward for the MCP deployment to connect it also with other tools.

**What do you dislike about Realm?**

Actually there is nothing at the moment that I dislike about the tool.

**What problems is Realm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It´s solving the accessibility of internal knowledge. Knowledge is stored in so many different sources, with Realm you have it in one place. It´s a hughe time saving for this. But also with the agents you can do cool stuff and use your internal knowledge more intelligently. As realm is also living in slack you can easy access it and build it into workflows.

  ### 13. Solid product that is evolving with speed

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ville L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Realm?**

These days it's rare to use an agent platform that actually positively surprises in its technical quality, but Realm truly exceeds the expectations in this regard.

What I love about Realm:
-The breadth and quality of connectors
-Customer intimacy and time to ship new features
-Their enterprise search product is an insane time saver and performs faster than gemini enterprise

**What do you dislike about Realm?**

The UI feels outdated and would need a refresh

**What problems is Realm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enterprise search and GTM specific agents are built on Realm.

On the agents front some heavy users from other functions exist as well since the time to get an agent to provide value is very short.

  ### 14. Easy to Use, Evolving Features, and Great Support for Internal Info Collection

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Janne K. | Vice President, Sales, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Realm?**

Easy to use, with developing features and great support. It’s a great tool for internal information collection, and overall it’s been straightforward to work with.

**What do you dislike about Realm?**

There’s no API access to the LLMs, and the agents could be more advanced and capable.

**What problems is Realm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Initially, we wanted to have a tool that would have access to all internal documentation and information. Realm has fulfilled that requirement being capable of combining various information sources our teams use on daily basis.

  ### 15. Realm Has Revolutionized Our Documentation, Customer Requests, and Content Creation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Realm?**

Realm has revolutionized many aspects of our work, from how we find and use documentation to how we handle customer requests and RFPs. It has also changed the way we create content, presentations, and other communication materials.

Realm's customer support is also amazing: super fast and reliable.

**What do you dislike about Realm?**

Sometimes, especially for new joiners, it’s easy to trust the information we receive from Realm a bit too blindly.

**What problems is Realm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it for finding information and documentation, creating new documentation and other materials, responding to RFPs, automating repetitive manual tasks, and writing code and queries.

  ### 16. Streamlined Efficiency with Easy Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jaro S. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Realm?**

I find Realm easy to use and really helpful in my day-to-day work. It makes my work more streamlined and easy. The initial setup was really easy with the help of the Realm team.

**What do you dislike about Realm?**

More integration options would be good

**What problems is Realm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Realm ensures AI usage in a safe way and streamlines my work, making it easy and helpful for day-to-day tasks.

  ### 17. Realm makes it easy to find and use information found across internal locations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Realm?**

Realm works really well with our workspace. It makes it very easy for me to find information across my accounts. It also helps me pull pieces together from our different sources so I can create solid email templates and similar materials.

**What do you dislike about Realm?**

As it reads through our internal documents and chats, it can sometimes surface information that isn’t yet ready for customer-facing communication, for example.

**What problems is Realm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me, it’s much easier to ask Realm for guides, email ideas, and short bullet lists of things that were discussed with certain accounts. It makes managing accounts faster and helps me pull together information that we have across many different locations. Less time in manually searching for the right things and reading through old chats or documents.

  ### 18. Outstanding Search Tool with Exceptional Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Realm?**

Realm is an outstanding tool for efficiently searching through all of our internal information, documents, and messages. It has also transformed the way our team handles RFP responses, allowing us to save a significant amount of time. Additionally, the support provided by the Realm team is exceptionally fast and professional (truly the best I have ever experienced!).

**What do you dislike about Realm?**

Nothing really comes to mind at this point

**What problems is Realm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Realm has made it much easier for everyone in the company to quickly find answers to questions that are often buried within various internal systems and documentation. Additionally, it has greatly reduced the amount of time we spend on RFP responses by automatically filling in answers to RFP questions.
