I've had cases where I've already spoken with the customer, but because I couldn't get the lead accepted in time, it was automatically reassigned to the next person. What problems is RealHub365 solving and how is that benefiting you? Overall, I really don't have any problems with the system. The biggest challenge is simply remembering how to use all of its features and tools because there are so many. I was concerned about downtime trying to learn a new software and I learned it in a couple of hours. RealHub365 allows our team to have a website while allowing the individual agents to have their own site and social media as well. The social media analytics are fabulous and the ease of using the backend of the website is unmatched by any others I have used before. The initial setup and implementation went smoothly and their customer service is available anytime we need it. We are able to do our newsletter emails, communication with leads, social media, etc all from RealHub365. We also integrate with Skyslope so we see all our transactions in RealHub365.
