**What do you like best about ReadySet?**

The ability to get the reporting needed to run my business.  The best part is delivering the reports on an easy-to-use platform, which is not expected when something is customized.  The team listened to what I wanted and made all adjustments during the process.

**What do you dislike about ReadySet?**

The timing it took to deliver the result.  I do understand that software; takes time. However, a few projects were small in scope.

**What problems is ReadySet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One problem it solves is being able to report on open orders and layaways.  Not only does it say on this it will also tell me how much money is down, so I reconcile my customer liabilities in my accounting system.  The other problem it solves is inventory reconciliation for products on the website.
