**What do you like best about Readerware?**

Using the #.0 edition, I have found ReaderWare to be one of the fastest software to catalog any new items that come through our doors.

**What do you dislike about Readerware?**

While Readerware processing power is beyond compare, I have come across a few moments of lag-time in between each entry.  I do not think it is frequent enough to cause concern, however.

**Recommendations to others considering Readerware:**

Never before have we come across something so easy to use and quick in its processing. Highly recommend.

**What problems is Readerware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

May employees that are not tech-savvy have trouble working with these types of software but this one is easy enough to grasp, hence improving efficiency.
