I have zero previous relationship with ReachOut.Ai or any of their team members. I do like to stay on the cutting edge of technology and use it to create good outcomes for my companies. I will tell you that this is an ansolute game-changer technology if you want increases in conversion rates or the bottom line. I was curios, so I tested it. Now I'm a believer. With the trend toward AI I was looking for something that could automate the process of custom video production and I found exactly what I was looking for with ReachOut.AI I recently wrote a book and wanted to thank people who downloaded the eBook version with a custom video. I used ReachOut.AI to do this. Once people received the "thank you" video my opt ins for booked calls to buy more of my services increased over 100%. I collected over $12,000 in cash within a week of starting to use ReachOut.AI and those sales were directly attributed to the thank you video.

ReachOut.AI is very easy to set up and use. I did run into a problem where certain videos would not work on the platform I was using but the support team went out of their way to fix the problem for me. They had at least three different people working on solving the issue until it was fixed. I can't say enough great things about the support team!

I was looking for a way to use personalized videos at scale for cold email marketing. I know video is such a powerful, attention getting tool especially when personalized. But creating them was just so time consuming...

Along came ReachOut.ai to the rescue!

With ReachOut.ai my email stands out in their inbox with the thumbnail. The Avatar grabs their attention and makes a personal intro with the prospect's own Linkedin profile or website scrolling in the background. Then I can transition into a pre-recorded video of myself talking on or off camera.

I just love how versatile the platform is and how many creative ways there are to use it.

Just today I had a glitch in my account and the screen kept disappearing. I sent an email and someone named John answered me almost immediately.

Little did I know that it was the owner of the company himself!

He got on a Zoom call with me and the developer who was able to identify and fix the problem within minutes.

The Avatars are a bit robotic sounding, but I'm not looking for perfection in that area.

The point is to use the Avatar to grab attention so I can have a chance to have my message actually heard.

This is one of those tools that I got "just to try it out". Jumped right in and started testing it. And I was stunned - it actually worked really well right out of the box!

What does it do? It creates little text-to-speech videos (or just audio if you prefer) based on the script you give it.

Cool feature: it allows you to use variables to personalize your video!

And *why* is that cool? Because I can then use the personalized thumbnail (or an animated GIF from the video) to embed into my email campaigns or into a landing page - thus allowing me to create virtually unlimited personalized landing pages for my prospects and clients.

Note that, despite all the personalization features, I'm actually also leveraging the videos created by ReachOut for use in social media posts. I've even used it to generate mid-length YouTube videos, using third-party video editing tools.

I really like tools like this one, that under promise and then way over deliver.

Updated to give this an extra point: The owner and the team have been super responsive - they are active in the ROAI Facebook group and they have delivered several updates to the software even in the midst of a huge promo they're doing. - The lip sync isn't quite natural.

- The "expressions" are limited to an occasional raising of the eyebrows.

- The speech sounds a bit robotic.

- Not all the AI avatars are available in full-body format. Many are just talking heads. <- This isn't an issue for me, as I normally default to talking head videos, anyway.

And yet, these actually (in *my* opinion) may be a good thing: I have no desire to create deep fakes. All I'm doing is trying to get my content and my emails to stand out from the rest of the information overload that my prospects and clients need to wade through every day.

I know that as the tech improves, these AI avatars will also improve and look and sound more natural. It's my hope that we'll still be able to clearly be "non human". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I feel like I got a 2-for-1 here. Not only is ReachOut.AI a unique and highly useful marketing system, their customer support is equally impressive! I had a question I really needed an answer to, and by the next day I had a response that instantly showed that they care. Not sure if it’s a regular thing, but the founder of ReachOut.AI himself took the time to respond to my inquiry. His compassion and thoughtfulness was a fresh contrast to that of the average software creator.
