When we moved from Oracle's Taleo to the Oracle Recruiting Cloud, an option was to use Rchilli as our resume parsing vendor. The integration was seamless and working with Josh Adams was fantastic! He made it an easy process in order to meet our implementation deadline. We then reconnected at Oracle's Cloud World in 2023 where we learned all about the Rchilli Recharge and woah - we were very impressed. The functionality they offer in conjunction with Oracle Recruiting Cloud is by far, one of the best.
