"Rchilli isn't Chilly."

What do you like best about Rchilli?

When we moved from Oracle's Taleo to the Oracle Recruiting Cloud, an option was to use Rchilli as our resume pasing vendor. The integration was seamless and working with Josh Adams was fantastic! He made it an easy process in order to meet our implementation deadline. We then reconnected as Oracle's Cloud World in 2023 where we learned all about the Rchilli Recharge and woah - we were very impressed. The functionality they offer in conjunction with Oracle Recruiting Cloud is by far, one of the best. The ability we have to 100% customize our package for a locked in price makes working with Rchilli seamless. I would recommend Rchilli to anyone who asks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rchilli?

The only thing I can think of is the need for a resource in order to support the application. This is a struggle given the cost-savings constraints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rchilli solving and how is that benefiting you?

With any technology that you receive, some items are not available with the internal customizations you choose. Although we utilize Oracle's Recruting Cloud, some of these functionality is not there which has caused some limitations for us to be able to utilize the CRM 100% or even be viewed as a technology savvy department utilizing advanced technology when it comes to our ATS. Engaging Rchilli will allow us to enhance our technology advancements including:

• Candidate Profile Import enhancements

• List of Values Mapping

• Browser Plug-in & Bulk Profile Import

• Customizable Taxonomy

• One-Time Bulk Upload (Catch up of all Resumes we have not in the ATS yet) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

holf off on getting it as their software is faulty and when it indexes the resumes it screws up the email addresses of candidates and indexes them incorrectly. i wonder how on something simple like this they do not do their due dilligence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Rchilli?

The APIs just work as they are designed. We haven't had to call RChilli for much technical support over the past couple years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rchilli?

I don't think résumé parsing will ever be a perfect science because the inputs are all different. RChilli still has some challenges with parsing certain types of résumés as does any résumé parser, but the percentage of those is still pretty low. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
