The integration was seamless and working with Josh Adams was fantastic! He made it an easy process in order to meet our implementation deadline. We then reconnected as Oracle's Cloud World in 2023 where we learned all about the Rchilli Recharge and woah - we were very impressed. The functionality they offer in conjunction with Oracle Recruiting Cloud is by far, one of the best. The ability we have to 100% customize our package for a locked in price makes working with Rchilli seamless. I would recommend Rchilli to anyone who asks. **What do you dislike about Rchilli?** The only thing I can think of is the need for a resource in order to support the application. This is a struggle given the cost-savings constraints. **What problems is Rchilli solving and how is that benefiting you?** With any technology that you receive, some items are not available with the internal customizations you choose. Although we utilize Oracle's Recruting Cloud, some of these functionality is not there which has caused some limitations for us to be able to utilize the CRM 100% or even be viewed as a technology savvy department utilizing advanced technology when it comes to our ATS. I also like the quick support offered by the company, making it much easier to understand the documentation and the API. Although their documentation could be improved, their customer service and support is top notch, and I plan to use them in the future. **What do you dislike about Rchilli?** One thing I dislike about Rchilli is that it is not very simple to use. The API offered by the company - Rchilli - is extremely complicated to understand, and has a lack of documentation available to understand the API. As a result, it leads to a lot of debugging time on my end. I - as well as my peers - have found it faster to look over resumes manually than use the service due to the long development time needed for fixing small bugs. **Recommendations to others considering Rchilli:** I would probably recommend others to use Rchilli to gain a full insight into their business and to find out if the resumes received by their company would allow them to hire a better candidate, as opposed to sorting through resumes manually. This would increase productivity of employees, as well as save the companies thousands of dollars per year. **What problems is Rchilli solving and how is that benefiting you?** One of the business problems I am solving with Rchilli is that I can find employees based on specific keywords in their resume. Also the solution is quite robust. very few bugs and capable of handling large loads. Their semantic search also works well enough. Their staff is also very helpful with the integration process and issue fixing. Most, importantly, we never had any critical issues with the system so we have had a smooth time using it. **What do you dislike about Rchilli?** Not much to dislike at it is a basic tool for resume parsing. However their capabilities in social data aggregation of the profiles could have been better. The UI is too cluttered and can be a bit confusing. There will also be a bit of back and forth required with their team if one uses their system through an integration. a **Recommendations to others considering Rchilli:** Understand your requirement properly. Rchilli has its strengths and yours should align with them. For example, if you are looking for a tool to help with matching a candidate with a suitable role, then there are probably that do a better job using AI and ML. **What problems is Rchilli solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows us to save a large number of resumes and make them more useful in the future. This way the profiles are not getting wasted. Also they are more reusable in the future by means of a simple search.
