Their ability to intelligently parse through a very large variety of documents types, in the context of a candidate's profile is impressive. Also the solution is quite robust. very few bugs and capable of handling large loads. Their semantic search also works well enough. Their staff is also very helpful with the integration process and issue fixing. Most, importantly, we never had any critical issues with the system so we have had a smooth time using it. Not much to dislike at it is a basic tool for resume parsing. However their capabilities in social data aggregation of the profiles could have been better. The UI is too cluttered and can be a bit confusing. There will also be a bit of back and forth required with their team if one uses their system through an integration.
