I found that Rchilli offers an excellent resume parsing service which makes it easier for the company I work at to parse resumes. I also like the quick support offered by the company, making it much easier to understand the documentation and the API. What do you dislike about Rchilli? One thing I dislike about Rchilli is that it is not very simple to use. The API offered by the company - Rchilli - is extremely complicated to understand, and has a lack of documentation available to understand the API. As a result, it leads to a lot of debugging time on my end. I - as well as my peers - have found it faster to look over resumes manually than use the service due to the long development time needed for fixing small bugs. Recommendations to others considering Rchilli: I would probably recommend others to use Rchilli to gain a full insight into their business and to find out if the resumes received by their company would allow them to hire a better candidate, as opposed to sorting through resumes manually.
