I am the head of a small travel company that deals with corporate and leisure customers in Europe and Asia and use RateHawk. The site provides hotel airline transfer tickets train tickets and car rentals all at a single location that saves much time in terms of operations. The net and gross pricing models are particularly important to me because they can be flexible according to the needs of the clients. The twenty four seven multilingual support staff has proved to be responsive whenever clarification on booking was required. The pre check procedure assists in ensuring that the bookings are confirmed which provides further assurance when dealing with the clients across the time zones.
