Rate Radar Reviews & Product Details

Rate Radar is a hotel rate shopper built for revenue managers who want to act on competitor pricing in real time, not chase yesterday's data. The platform tracks daily rates, availability, and rate parity across your hotel and up to five competitors over a 365-day forward window, far longer than the 30-90 day visibility most rate shoppers offer. Room-type mapping ensures like-for-like comparisons across different room categories, occupancies, and meal plans, so you're never comparing your suite to a competitor's standard double. Where Rate Radar separates itself is Signals, an intelligent alert system that doesn't just dump rate changes into your inbox. It analyses competitor moves, availability shifts, and market patterns, then surfaces only the changes worth acting on, prioritised by urgency. Hotels using Signals stop drowning in data and start catching the moments that move RevPAR. What's included: 365-day forward competitor pricing visibility with daily rate updates. Rate parity monitoring that detects discrepancies, including hidden geo-targeted OTA discounts. Intelligent Signals filtered by urgency, not noise. Customisable room type and meal-plan mapping. 30-day historical pricing for competitor pattern analysis. Custom data exports by date range, room type, or rate condition. Multi-property support for hotel groups. Rate Radar runs standalone with a 7-day free trial (no credit card required) or as part of the broader Beacon platform, which adds dynamic pricing, demand forecasting, event tracking, and business intelligence on top of the rate shopper foundation. Built and maintained by Beacon, a UK-based hotel technology company.
