Honestly, Everything in Rate My Resume is perfect except that it lack of integrations with other tools we use in HR Deot. It will be great to see direct connections with ATS Platforms, or even cloud/drive services to make it easier to manage and store the applicant's resume. Right now, I have to manually download the resume and move then between systems, which isn't not a big of a deal but definitely adds extra steps to our workflow. While overall the experience has been very positive, there's always room for improvement. One area I think could use a bit of work is the Speed of processing resumes in high volumes. At times, when we have a lot of resumes coming through at once, it can take a little longer than expected to get results.
