## Rapattoni MLS Reviews
  ### 1. Rapattoni MLS is 100% better than CRMLS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Rapattoni MLS?**

I like the layout, how it looks, and how much easier it is to use it. I especially like how it is tied into social media so it makes it easier to share a new listing.

**What do you dislike about Rapattoni MLS?**

After tyring CRMLS, I don't dislike anything about Rapattoni. There is tons to dislike about CRMLS

**What problems is Rapattoni MLS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No problems. I wish GOAR was still using Rapattoni.

  ### 2. Rapattoni MLS is so much more user friendly than Matrix CRMLS. I really miss using Rapattoni.

**What do you like best about Rapattoni MLS?**

What I like best about Rapattoni is the ease of signing in; the computer memorizes login info so one doesn't have to enter at every use. The" look" of the system is more organized, easier on the eyes, and has many more functions that actually work. On saved searches, notifications of price changes are sent to me and my client(s) which I am not able to do on Matrix. Also, the "Recent Search" criteria works on Rapattoni. Many of the Matrix functions are "glitchy", and do not work accurately.

**What do you dislike about Rapattoni MLS?**

I dislike there is no reliable IDX for websites. Also, there is no "list" for foreclosures. When entering a new listing, Thomas Brother's pages needs to be removed.

**Recommendations to others considering Rapattoni MLS:**

I hope to be able to use Rapattoni again. The board of Realtors is planning to bring it back.

**What problems is Rapattoni MLS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I do not have the ability/authority to solve any problems with Rapattoni. It is unfortunate many of the Realtors are at the mercy of the powers above who choose what platform Realtors are to use. It is all political and based on costs. I personally have benefited more from using Rapattoni than Matrix.

  ### 3. Good for Specific Needs

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Rapattoni MLS?**

Organization of information. It's also user friendly!

**What do you dislike about Rapattoni MLS?**

Sometimes it's difficult to find certain information but that's very minimal.

**What problems is Rapattoni MLS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I wouldn't say there is really a problem that it is solving. Moreso it's keeping things where there isn't a problem.

  ### 4. Comprehensive MLS serves large membership well, may not be suitable for smaller associations.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Rapattoni MLS?**

The amount of data and records stored in Rapattoni is quite large and can go back decades. Retrieving them is also relatively quick and simple. Customizing how that data is sorted and categorized is also (in my experience) relatively user-friendly. I was using Rapattoni with relative ease after only having limited training on the application when I first started as temporary staff, so in that regard using this software is easy and does not require *too much* specific instruction. Accessing detailed records (such as receipts) is also very quick and easy to learn. Exporting data to spreadsheets is very easy and highly customizable, and easily saveable when needing to export the same information repeatedly over time.

**What do you dislike about Rapattoni MLS?**

While most records are easily updated, some are not. For example, if utilizing course registration, once a member is added to a course, that record cannot be changed within the registration unless the member is removed and then re-added to said course. While this is not a difficult task, if one needs this for reports containing several listings (like a large class of over 100+ people), it can be time-consuming. Additionally, while it's easy to export records into a file format such as Excel workbooks or .csv files, it is not easy exporting them straight from the application into a clean, ready-to-print format. Your options in this instance, are limited to formatting columns for rosters, which is basic and not very intuitive.

Since we have pivoted to working semi-remotely, accessing Rapattoni from a VPN server is clunky. The application is slow to load, and oftentimes, commands/actions will back up and load all at once after a delay, which is inconvenient.
However, I'm not confident that this is a Rapattoni issue or how our server is configured, so please take my thoughts in this paragraph with a grain of salt.

**Recommendations to others considering Rapattoni MLS:**

Make sure that your IT staff are dedicated to knowing the software inside and out. Give yourself time to consider what data you need to pull from the system regularly for external use (i.e. sending rosters to outside entities, compiling receipt and financial data for audits, etc.). Knowing what this software can do best will save you headaches later on if you find yourself frustrated with what it CAN'T do.

**What problems is Rapattoni MLS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking membership requirements such as dues billing, education history, as well as education-related membership requirements are what we utilize Rapattoni the most for across two of our most member-facing departments. Generating reports in file formats (ex. csv) for uploads into external databases is easy. The caveat is you'll need to customize your fields after and potentially need to reformat as the data tends to export in a raw, unfinished fashion.

  ### 5. It's obtuse and not as robust as other MLS services

**What do you like best about Rapattoni MLS?**

organization of so many data points and member information

**What do you dislike about Rapattoni MLS?**

  ### 7. Very happy customer

**What do you like best about Rapattoni MLS?**

MLS is the best platform a realtor can have. This is the main website realtors got to for active listings when shopping for a client and the first place they post listings.

**What do you dislike about Rapattoni MLS?**

Not all realtors put accurate information so you will need to do your homework on certain listings.

**What problems is Rapattoni MLS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s a one stop shop. You go there for comps and to look at the market.
