We most appreciate the ability to personalize onboarding and training. Having the ability to increase engagement through triggered activities and a variety of rewards, coupled with the ability to house all resources in a digital library has been extremely beneficial to our field. Rallyware is more than just a learning provider. The team understands our business objectives and does its best to make training as engaging as possible. A great thing is that Rallyware has the library where we can store all the material, share files and create RallyDocs. Also, we like that there's a possibility to create communities for different departments. Real-time tracking and analytics dashboards help us to monitor employees' performance. We've been using different learning solutions in the past, but for an organization like ours with multiple agents scattered around the country it's so hard to deliver a personalized learning experience. With Rallyware, our agents receive learning just at the point of need - when the system detects that somebody's performance or engagement is dropping this person gets a personalized nudge or a triggered activity. The thing I like best about Rallyware is their team. Their account and project management team have been great. Currently Rallyware doesn't provide SMS Text Notification. This is a pretty big challenge since a traditional LMS system doesn't pull people back into it and as such, the likelihood that someone will remember to use it, without being told, is decreased.

One of the main advantages of this platform is that it's user-friendly. At first, we were afraid that before the actual training takes place, we will have to teach our people to use Rallyware.
