The notification options are limited, and the available options don't always work. The collaboration features could use a lot of work. Comments can be made without a lack of notifications. It will also log you out without notice and bring you back to the dashboard, which is problematic if you leave a window open until you finish the ticket. The filter fields could also use some work as it is hard at a glance to see what filters are applied to your board. There is no well-defined change tracking within the ticket. There are no well-defined sprint planning or scrum features that I see within the software. There is also no easy way that I can see to link to tickets.
