Other options are also very handy. Reporting tool shows very precise data analytics based on which Agile coach/managers/POs can take decisions **What do you dislike about Rally Platform?** Not really anything but we can't link defects with actual pull requests/fixes using rally which is available in other products **What problems is Rally Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helping to understand my team's activity & performance throughout sprint and PI. So that I can plan for work and improvements where they are lagging. Also tracking a task also easy with rally ### 4. We use Rally at my job and we get rewards for completing activities in the app! **What do you dislike about Rally Platform?** When I first started using Rally it was a little confusing. There was just so much stuff I didn't know where to go next but now that I've been using it for a while I understand it. **Recommendations to others considering Rally Platform:** Do Rally! Make money while staying healthy **What problems is Rally Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Rally is very good because it reminds you to do activities during the day and it also keeps you on track for your healthy habits. There are live coaches for some activities and it's actually like having a support system. ### 5. It rarely works. It also team meabers to interact with other team members easly. It has great reporting features that alllow you to track time to realse. It has a great board that allows you to easily view all tickets assigned to you. There are many fields on a ticket that allow you to track information, **What do you dislike about Rally Platform?** The notifications options are limited, and what options there are don't always work. The colleberation features could use a lot of work. Comments can be made with out a lack of notifcations. IT willl also log you out with out notice and bring you back to the dashboard this is problematice if you leave a window open until you finish the ticket. The filter feilds could also use some work as it is hard at a glance to see what filters are applied to your board. THere is no well defined change tracking within the ticket. There are no well defined sprint planing or scrum features that I see with in the softwarel. There is also no easy way that I can see to link to tickets. There is also no easy way to add blocker tickets. The last major feature that is missing is a intergration with source control. **Recommendations to others considering Rally Platform:** Look else where Jira is a great tool **What problems is Rally Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Rally allows you to track issues and task easily. Rally has some great reports around the tickets and time to release. ### 8. The live coaching sessions really motivate me to make healthier choices! **What do you dislike about Rally Platform?** I dislike how Rally points offers are primarily on a % off of a purchase instead of being able to use them to get free rewards using the points. **What problems is Rally Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** I love using Rally through UHC. The mobile app is great too! ### 9. While it's easy to see something is done, keeping track of stages in between is also difficult. **What problems is Rally Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Rally to track the stages different projects are in on our team. ### 10. This feature does NOT work, which I only found out after going down a rabbit hole with their customer service team. **Recommendations to others considering Rally Platform:** Stay engaged with it but keep in mind, they are still ironing out kinks with their customer service. **What problems is Rally Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Rally benefits our employees to maintain healthier lifestyles by reminding them to do healthy activities like drinking water regularly, walking 5-10K steps per day, meditating, etc. This in turn helps to keep our staff healthy, happy, alert and focused and helps to boost overall morale. ### 12.
