I left a negative review and they reached out to help me fix my pain points. I'm feeling hopeful if they are able to make changes the product will be much better. **What do you dislike about Rally Corp?** Update: RallyCorp reached out to help me fix these pain points. I'm feeling hopeful if they are able to make changes the product will be much better. I cannot click to see text responses from the Dashboard. It shows me that I have a certain number of responses but then I have to dig to find those responses. I would like an email with the receipt when I am automatically charged. I would also like to know when I am sending a more expensive text. We have a limited budget and RallyCorp doesn't feel budget friendly. **What problems is Rally Corp solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's a texting service, we need to send texts, it works and the employees seem to care ### 2. I also am very appreciative of their customer support. It is timley, effective and seeks to over solve the issues we bring to the table. I am grateful for their attention to detail. **What do you dislike about Rally Corp?** The RallyCorp platform makes it difficult to delienate data well for campaings that are not sequential. It would also be helpful if the links were able to be more easily recognized by the recepients in order to increase click and open rates. **What problems is Rally Corp solving and how is that benefiting you?** Allowing us to send multple texts at one time. ### 3. They've been very responsive when we've raised issues about the platform and have made a noticeable effort to remedy them. It's also cost effective compared to other texting platforms. **What do you dislike about Rally Corp?** Reporting on the performance of text campaigns is not as simple as we'd like it to be. The dashboard and the Campaign Delivery Statistics often show different results, and it's confusing. **What problems is Rally Corp solving and how is that benefiting you?** RallyCorp is helping us engage with our younger, grassroots donors and volunteers. ### 4.
