It’s incredibly user-friendly and also ensures secure data storage, while also allowing us to retrieve information effortlessly. This functionality not only saves us time but also aids in making informed decisions swiftly. The final product has met my design criteria excellently. **What do you dislike about Morweb?** I found the project management aspects of Morweb's service needed further work. The project manager associated with my project was not as effective as expected and had to drop out halfway through, which affected the project's continuity. As a result, developers had to assume project management responsibilities, which was not ideal. This disruption became apparent to me as a professor of technology project management, marking an area where I felt the service suffered. Though Morweb's technical capabilities are robust, I would suggest that the organization lacks the requisite strong project management skills, and thus which I believe needs more focus, especially considering such a function's customer-facing role. **What problems is Morweb solving and how is that benefiting you?** Morweb helps us reach potential applicants by making scholarship information for UK refugees accessible and understandable, facilitating easy engagement with clear design and secure data handling. Morweb provided in-depth training on how to utilize their platform and make changes to the website as necessary. Our program information changes rapidly and we like that our team can handle the content changes without further assistance. That being said, when we have needed assistance, Morweb has responded very quickly and can fix any issues within a matter of hours. We are overall very happy with the website platform. **What do you dislike about Morweb?** The initial website design was long and we felt that we were not always on the same page as the design team. This is most likely due to the fact that our team does not have much experience in the web design world, but they stuck with us and were very patient. They made sure we were 100% happy with the design before moving forward with the launch which we appreciate. **What problems is Morweb solving and how is that benefiting you?** The obvious benefit of using Morweb is allowing non-profits with stretched budgets to have quality websites that help further their mission. ### 6. They worked with us to clean up things from our old site and helped guide us through using best practices. **What do you dislike about Morweb?** We currently don't have any dislikes or negative feedback to give for Morweb. Great partners overall who helped us completely rebuild our website from the ground up resulting in triple the online inquires. **What do you dislike about Morweb?** A versioning or history tool would be great but I understand that is being worked on. (As of 7/22/21) **What problems is Morweb solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a CMS that was easier to use for non-tech-savvy users. As a department of one I don't have the time to help make simple textand image changes and still stay focused on larger site performance goals. MorWeb allows me to do that. ### 8. At this point, no reason to expect any. **What problems is Morweb solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are primarily solving an issue of rigidity and lack of flexibility with our old site, a dated look, and an opaque and complicated backend. The new site looks sharp and fresh. The backend is way more intuitive. The options for making additions/changes seem great. ### 9. The site looks great and it's a huge plus for our organization that it is indeed "a ridiculously easy nonprofit CMS platform", which means we don't need a dedicated webmaster to manage the site. The very affordable monthly hosting fee was another plus for us and the fact that we are not held to a contract. The package we chose has features that we are not currently using but plan to grow into. The experience with Morweb from the first demo, through the discovery and design phase, build phase and finally to the launch phase has been excellent. We found them very patient in teasing out what we were trying to achieve by moving to a new platform and in accommodating some of our unique needs. Their product has a lot of flexibility which means we can manipulate pages layouts and refresh the look of pages. Even though we are learning a new cms and have a large site, Morweb's product is so user friendly that this has already been a much better experience than our last move five years ago. **What do you dislike about Morweb?** So far we have not found anything we dislike. **What problems is Morweb solving and how is that benefiting you?** Morweb offers three monthly packages. There are components of the very affordable package that we have chosen that we are planning to grow into and utilize. As we designed our new website with Morweb, it was good to know that we have the capacity to grow what we can do with the site and when we feel comfortable in doing so. The ability to add a donations option, via Stripe and Morweb, has solved a problem for us and the ability to generate customized forms within the site has also benefited us. ### 10. For nearly six months, we have worked closely with Sarah and her team to redesign and launch our new site, and we are quite satisfied with the end result. During the development phase, no matter how complex our requests or ideas were, Morweb would not hesitate to look for or develop a solution to meet our needs. Morweb’s willingness to transform our aspirations into reality was truly refreshing and a pleasure to be a part of. **What do you dislike about Morweb?** I cannot think of something we haven't liked about Morweb or its services. That means I get real customer service from a real person from support all the way to the CEO. You just don't see that much anymore, especially in the tech field. Also, their platform is built to support our association/not-for-profit needs including events, online directories, job module and integration with our CRM. **What do you dislike about Morweb?** Nothing really, if I had to nit pick it might be that sometimes response to my questions/problems is not as immediate as I would like it (but to be clear, it is almost always within 24 hours). :) **Recommendations to others considering Morweb:** If you are an association or not-for-profit, this platform is built for you and everything you could possibly need. **What problems is Morweb solving and how is that benefiting you?** Updating our web platform for the first time since 2002. As I learn more about the tool's features and capabilities, the easier it will get to use. **What problems is Morweb solving and how is that benefiting you?** While working with Morweb on our new website, we learned that the payment processor we had been using was not optimal for security standards.
