I really appreciate Morweb's online application process that they created for our not-for-profit website. It’s incredibly user-friendly and also ensures secure data storage, while also allowing us to retrieve information effortlessly. I found the project management aspects of Morweb's service needed further work. The project manager associated with my project was not as effective as expected and had to drop out halfway through, which affected the project's continuity. As a result, developers had to assume project management responsibilities, which was not ideal. This disruption became apparent to me as a professor of technology project management, marking an area where I felt the service suffered. Though Morweb's technical capabilities are robust, I would suggest that the organization lacks the requisite strong project management skills, and thus which I believe needs more focus, especially considering such a function's customer-facing role. We like the ability to control the content on our website without needing assistance from Morweb. Morweb provided in-depth training on how to utilize their platform and make changes to the website as necessary. Our program information changes rapidly and we like that our team can handle the content changes without further assistance. That being said, when we have needed assistance, Morweb has responded very quickly and can fix any issues within a matter of hours. We are overall very happy with the website platform. The initial website design was long and we felt that we were not always on the same page as the design team. This is most likely due to the fact that our team does not have much experience in the web design world, but they stuck with us and were very patient. I liked the flexibility to customize our needs and wants into a clean, fresh, and easy-to-navigate website. Incredibly easy-to-use CMS allows my end-users to easily make updates to pages so I can stay focused on larger site-wide goals. Customer service is very helpful/knowledgeable. Positive customer experience with great, ongoing customer support. The site looks great and it's a huge plus for our organization that it is indeed "a ridiculously easy nonprofit CMS platform", which means we don't need a dedicated webmaster to manage the site. The very affordable monthly hosting fee was another plus for us and the fact that we are not held to a contract. The package we chose has features that we are not currently using but plan to grow into. The experience with Morweb from the first demo, through the discovery and design phase, build phase and finally to the launch phase has been excellent. We found them very patient in teasing out what we were trying to achieve by moving to a new platform and in accommodating some of our unique needs. Their product has a lot of flexibility which means we can manipulate pages layouts and refresh the look of pages. Even though we are learning a new cms and have a large site, Morweb's product is so user friendly that this has already been a much better experience than our last move five years ago. For nearly six months, we have worked closely with Sarah and her team to redesign and launch our new site, and we are quite satisfied with the end result. Morweb is not a corporate giant. That means I get real customer service from a real person from support all the way to the CEO. You just don't see that much anymore, especially in the tech field. The design team at Morweb made our new website current, clean, and professional. To see how far we've come over the last 4 months is tremendous. I also love how easy the editing tools are.
