They are extremely knowledgeable, self-motivated/managing, communicate irregularities in our app behavior and actively work through creating new tests and updating broken ones with very little supervision necessary from our team. The onboarding and implementation process was relatively painless, using some sample procedurall videos and spec documents, the RF team quickly became familiar with our app and continue knowcking out JIRA tickets we produce for them. The testing software platform itself is user-friendly and intuitive. We are a relatively new client, but our test coverage is growing quickly and we are really happy so far! **What do you dislike about Rainforest QA?** As a developer who communicates with the QA team and occassionally updates some tests, there is an opportunity for me to become more familiar with the platform and more efficient using it.
