It is suitable for small and medium-size companies that need functional and yet lite CRM system by eliminating the heavy add-ons, it aims to encourage the team&#39;s productivity and enhance relationship building.

Easy & intuitive to learn. There is a bit of a learning curve but it does fall into place in a sensible wort of way.

**What do you dislike about Rainbow CRM?**

Cumbersome at times due to lots of searching for where to click & execute on things. Specifically tasks.

Take time to train, train, train...
