It feels like working with a partner because they are always on top of all initiatives and have deep knowledge about the wellness industry. They helped us build and optimize our website for SEO and pushed content for our socials, which is where most of our customers are coming from now. They have taken away a lot of the strategic thinking and project management, which was a struggle for us when managing multiple freelancers. Having one point of contact to handle these marketing initiatives is a big relief. Their involvement in the SEO and socials has been invaluable, and I want to scale these channels with them. **What do you dislike about Raging Agency?** I would love them to be even more involved in the strategy of our company. The performance-based structure also keeps their incentives aligned with ours, and the full-funnel approach (offer, landing page, creative, ads) meant the whole system was built out rather than just ad management bolted on. **What do you dislike about Raging Agency?** Pricing isn't published, so you have to get on a call to find out what a plan would cost, but this is fair and we didn't have any issues with communication. **Recommendations to others considering Raging Agency:** Come to the strategy call with your real numbers. Ad spend, average customer value, sales cycle, since they scope the plan around your unit economics. They're the strongest fit if you're a licensed wellness operator who's been burned by a generalist agency! **What problems is Raging Agency solving and how is that benefiting you?** Most generalist agencies couldn't run our ads without getting the account flagged or disabled under Meta's Special Ad Category and Google's healthcare policies.
