## About Mango
Mango by Radix IoT is a scalable, web-based industrial IoT platform that unifies, cleans, and contextualizes data from every device, site, and system to enable automation, analytics, and real-time monitoring across distributed operations. Designed for rapid deployment and tailored to evolving needs, Mango installs on most edge-based hardware or runs in the cloud, giving organizations a single pane of glass across data centers, hospitals, smart commercial properties, energy and renewable assets, telecom and fiber networks, utilities, and grids. What sets Mango apart from competitors is its open, vendor-neutral architecture. While traditional SCADA systems and IoT platforms are often siloed, rigid, or hardware-bound, Mango was built from the ground up for interoperability and flexibility. It connects to virtually any protocol or device, normalizes and contextualizes incoming data, and creates a unified, real-time operational view that integrates seamlessly with enterprise systems like SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceNow. This data unification is more than visibility—it is the foundation of automation. By cleaning and structuring data at scale, Mango enables predictive analytics, compliance automation, and AI-driven workflows that help organizations act faster, reduce downtime, and maintain resilient, connected operations. Scalable by design, Mango performs just as powerfully for a single site as it does for a global enterprise with thousands. Its modular structure allows teams to expand capabilities over time without costly rip-and-replace deployments. In an era defined by distributed assets, data complexity, and growing automation demands, Mango is critical infrastructure. It transforms fragmented systems into intelligent, cohesive networks that empower real-time insight, reduce operational risk, and future-proof your business for the connected decade ahead.

**What do you like best about Mango?**

Mango by Radix IoT is the most adaptable industrial IoT platform I’ve worked with. It unifies data from every device, site, and system—no matter the vendor or protocol—and turns it into actionable intelligence in real time. Unlike traditional SCADA systems, Mango doesn’t force a rip-and-replace approach; it sits on top of existing infrastructure and gives you a single pane of glass across your entire operation. It’s open, scalable, and built for the modern edge-to-cloud era. We use it to connect and normalize data across data centers, energy assets, and smart building systems, which has completely transformed how we manage automation, analytics, and compliance. The ability to scale from one site to thousands without rewriting anything is unmatched.

**What do you dislike about Mango?**

Once you start seeing what Mango can do, it’s hard not to want to integrate every system you have. It can almost become addictive because you realize how much disconnected data was being wasted before.

**What problems is Mango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mango is helping us eliminate data silos across multiple facilities and systems. Before Mango, each site had its own disconnected monitoring tools and spreadsheets, which made it almost impossible to get a real-time view of performance or spot issues early. Now, everything from equipment data and energy use to alarms and automation workflows is unified in one platform. It normalizes and cleans data from every device, making it easier to automate reports, improve compliance, and make faster decisions. Mango has also reduced our dependency on legacy SCADA systems and custom integrations. It helps us operate more proactively, cut downtime, and scale with confidence as we bring new sites online.
