This eliminates any doubt or second-guessing about the triage outcome and has removed many of the repetitive, time-consuming tasks that used to dominate my day. Before Radiant, a large portion of my time was spent manually sorting through an overwhelming number of alerts, especially from firewalls and WAFs, with little ability to properly prioritize them. Radiant completely changed this workflow. Now, alerts arrive already triaged, investigated, and enriched by AI agents, with clear context and reasoning for every decision. Within weeks we reduced our false positives rate by at least 70%, which is pretty impressive. I also like the integrated response feature, where you can contain an attack faster directly from the incident report. On top of the tech, the onboarding experience felt like a real partnership.
