**What do you like best about RADAAR?**

Radaar best feature I like the most is it's easy interface/UI. And yes, most importantly, the video tutorials, wherever you scroll, you will find their tutorial video to guide you and do the stuff without any struggle..

**What do you dislike about RADAAR?**

I feel there should be some AI-free credit for the user rather than using our own API for AI content generation...and yes, there should be an option for auto caption based on the uploaded photo or video...I feel this is missing in Radaar...

**What problems is RADAAR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Radaar is a great tool, as I already mentioned..I believe radar is a fast mover in this social media scheduling tool race, and still they are still putting lots of effort to making this platform make more additional features, which I like the most..

Their customer service is primarily a robot, when you actually get a non robot they say you are spam and will block your account and emails, they are very rude

We have a lifetime subscription to radaar through appsumo and they broke the contract by canceling it when we asked them to escalate our customer service request to a supervisor

At the moment they are not benefiting us

Radaar is easy to use for scheduling posts across multiple social media platforms. Pricing is better than many competitors. This has been a dependable solution for us.

Radaar has a stock library. They do not have a custom image library, so anything that would be reused must be uploaded again for each post.

**What do you like best about RADAAR?**

Radaar was providing good service once upon a time, not anymore all the success has gone to the head.

**What do you dislike about RADAAR?**

Radaar is running a scam selling Lifetime deals on platforms like Appsumo and others and quickly finding reasons to dishonour the deal and cancel active LTD subscriptions without any valid explanations.

I just got booted out of an active Life time deal. When i raised a ticket they refused to reply. Later i escalated with Appsumo from whom i purchased the LTD. What was shocking is the audacity and the guts they have to just delete all my content which i have carefully crated and created over several months. The reason they provided was Pinterest had issues with their API and so they randomnly just deleted all accounts that were posting on pinterest.

This is the most ridiculous explanation i have ever heard that is totally baseless. They just wanted an excuse to delete all the LTD accounts and force them to exit. While many of users may just walk away i will sue you and i wont back down....wait and watch.

I have just had the most horrible experience using Radaar. I had purchased a Life time deal on Appsumo and after using it for sometime they just cancelled my subscription and reset my account to a monthly billing account. They further deleted all the content and posts scheduled that took endless hours to put together for no valid reason.

**What do you like best about RADAAR?**

RADAAR has fit well into our company’s day-to-day operations, especially with the use of the publishing tool. The features available for LinkedIn profiles (such as scheduling and, in particular, tagging of Company Pages in posts) greatly streamline the work. The reports provide basic information that can be relevant to some strategies.

**What do you dislike about RADAAR?**

The software requires a good reading of the support materials before use. In the case of tagging LinkedIn Company Pages in posts, for example, it is necessary to understand how the system works and use exactly the name of the page within the text. By the way, the lack of a direct tagging tool (with @ and the name of the page) makes the process more time-consuming.

I also missed more advanced search tools applied to LinkedIn. I imagine there is some API restriction, but it could be a good implementation for the future.

Content publishing on social media, specially on LinkedIn Company Pages and Profiles

1. Feature-packed offering helping customers replace many tools.
2. The customer support is on-point. My queries were solved on time.
3. It can be easily integrated with numerous social media platforms.
4. The inbox feature is awesome as it lets you get all the messages in one dashboard, thus making it easy for teams.
5. Onwards and Upwards- This tool has constantly been improving.

**What do you dislike about RADAAR?**

1. Although this is a good platform, first-timers may feel a bit overwhelmed on the dashboard.
2. Considering Radaar is still in its primary stages, a few features like tags and categories need some more clarity.

**What problems is RADAAR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Radaar as my friend, I don't need to worry about posting on different social media. I set it up on Radaar itself and let it handle the rest. I don't need to share the ID and password of all my social accounts with my team members, instead all I need to do is add them to my Radaar workspace. They can access the chats, scheduler, etc as per the permissions set by me.

**What do you like best about RADAAR?**

Radaar puts everyting into one place making easy to see all our social media activity.  It also make sindicating content across platforms an absolute breeze.

Mustafa and his team are constantly updating and upgrading the platform ensuring its always up to date with the latest trends and standards.

Finally I love beign able to provide employees access to client accounts without having to ad them to business accounts or linking their private social pages to client pages.

Radaar has helped me scale my brand with ease and my clients absolutely love the results.

Sindicating posts across platforms with ease.

Providing Employees with access to accounts without linking their personal accounts to log in.

Creating QR codes for my clients that are linked to specific content, giving us greater control of user journeys.

I'm so happy the we discovered RADAAR so early in its development.  We look forward to seeing the product grow and growing with the brand.

**What do you like best about RADAAR?**

We stumbled upon RADAAR and it's been a game changer for our brand agency. Managing a myriad of social media accounts for different clients had us tangled up, but RADAAR streamlined the whole shebang. It’s like having an extra pair of hands helping out. We now curate and schedule posts, engage with audiences, and whip up snazzy reports all in one place. Plus, it’s pretty affordable. Our clients are happier with the uptick in engagement and we’re stoked with how much time we’ve saved. It’s a win-win!

**What do you dislike about RADAAR?**

While RADAAR has a lot going for it, one downside could be that the tutorial pop-ups for using the different features for the first time always come up and never go away.

i wouldn't call this a down side but the password manager feature seems a bit out of place and redundant as most social platforms it connects to use Facebook or Google login. but that might just be me.

For our brand agency, it's a boon as it saves us heaps of time, lets us schedule posts, engage with audiences, and generate insightful reports effortlessly.

**What do you like best about RADAAR?**

RADAAR provides an easy-to easy-to-use platform that allows me to post, engage and measure the success of each post all in one spot. I've used numerous platforms over the years, but the others were either too complex or too expensive.  RADAAR has proven to be the best for me, increasing my monthly social media engagement by at least 400%.

**What do you dislike about RADAAR?**

I am yet to find anything I don't like about  RADAAR. I've been using it for a while now and keep finding better ways to utilise the functionality available, but nothing negative.

**Recommendations to others considering RADAAR:**

If you are looking for a social media management platform that can manage multiple channels, provide reports, and is easy to use I recommend  RADAAR. And it's very competitively priced compared to even the lesser user-friendly cometitors currently available.

**What problems is RADAAR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With  RADAAR I have been able to increase the amount of content management I perform across all my platforms as it is so easy to do, and I can easily see the demographics of my audience, ensuring my posts reach the right audience at the right times of the day. And the fact it can link directly with Canva has allowed me to create and post seamlessly. Such a time saver overall!

**What do you like best about RADAAR?**

Radaar is one of the most consistent pieces of software in my tech stack.  So much so that I sometimes find myself forgetting how much my business communications rely on it.

As a solopreneur running several companies and consultancies, I needed a rock-solid social media tool that could eliminate some of the time consuming repetitive processes that kept me from working on more profitable tasks.  After using Radaar for a couple of months, I was able to take on some additional help.  Having never explored the team collaboration capabilities of Radaar, I started looking to see if I needed a new solution.  I reached out to customer support, and they quickly advised me of how I could integrate an unlimited number of assistants into my established work flow.      

Even though we are in different timezones and parts of the world, my team and I can collaborate on months of future social media posts and analyze which posts brought the most value to our clients, all from within Radaar.

Whether its the centralized communications inbox, the task functions, the new AI driven assistance, the keyword monitoring, or the broad-reaching analytics reports, Radaar has paid for itself in bunches.

**What do you dislike about RADAAR?**

Several of my assistants prefer to complete tasks on their mobile devices; however, Radaar fails to provide a native mobile app.  It can be frustrating to have to wait to schedule social media posts, especially when there is an event occurring in real-time that our clients would benefit from posting about.  

The UI is a bit dated.  It is understandable that small tech teams often have to decide where their limited resources are best applied; however, after a couple of years of use, it seems like Radaar would benefit greatly from an enhancement in streamlining the customer experience.   
   
Also, while the founder does post videos on some of the enhancements and use case potentials of the tool, it would be very helpful, especially at the beginning, for Radaar to have a much more comprehensive collection of tutorials and how-to documentation.

**What problems is RADAAR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No matter if I am working with an ultra-small brand or an emerging small business, Radaar offers a rock-solid platform that I can count on to work when I need it to work.  The tool has always been what it advertised to be and one of the only SMM platforms that provided a way to deal with social platforms (Twitter changing their auto-post requirements) when they change their TOS.  

In addition to the core functionalities, Radaar provides a coordinated single pane of glass view into the social management of all of my clients from one simple solution.

**What do you like best about RADAAR?**

I love using RADAAR since I subscrived to their services.  The "All In One" social media platfrom is a huge time saver for me.
I used to stay away from social media as I'm not the kind of spending my time sharing my life and whatever.  Now, when I tried to focus more on my photgraphy business I knew I had to go deep into social media and I was already dragging my feet before starting.
I used to make a post on Instagram, post it.... make a post on Facebook, post it.... make a post for Twitter/X, post it, ..... it was so time consuming.
Then I randomly found RADAAR and I gave it a shot.  This made things 10x faster!    First, linking all the social media account was a breaze, a few clicks there and there.  Second, I only have to create ONE post and That's It!   I just to tap all the social that post needs to reach and, voila!  Done!   Super easy!

There are other tools that I don't use very often but I'm so glad they are there, in case one day I need them.   I do use the hastag tool, to help me generate relevant hastag.
Now, I only spend 1 day every month to generate all my social posts, I can go on with my days and my business and I know that every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 10am, my socials are gonna have new posts!

I'm really happy as with this posting consistancy, my account grew like 600%!

**What do you dislike about RADAAR?**

I'm looking forward for a native iOS/iPasOS app where I could manage comments or posts from my phone, but not mandatory, the website on its own works perfectly well!

RADAAR solves the headache of managing soooo maaaany social media accounts.   I have my life and a few hours back where I can do something like actually working on some project or do my accounting.

**What do you like best about RADAAR?**

I have already tried several similar tools and finally stuck with Radaar app. What I like most about Radaar is its comprehensiveness. In one place, you can manage multiple accounts of different social networks, and an overview of all messages and comments is also available.
The possibility of scheduling the posting of posts and their subsequent analytics is great. It offers a lot of features that I haven't even used yet, but I'm glad they are there (RSS feed, landing page, link shortener, keyword monitoring.. etc.). For the period of use (from Feb. 2023), I can say that it is a stable and robust platform. Connecting with Vista Create is the icing on the cake for me :-)

**What do you dislike about RADAAR?**

I can't fault it much, maybe only that the mobile application could be more sophisticated, because I do a lot of things on the go.
Although Radaar is very intuitive, I would welcome more tutorial videos.

While RADAAR is an exceptional tool, there have been occasional issues with reconnecting accounts after platform API changes. Additionally, the mobile app could use some improvements in terms of functionality and user interface. **What do you like best about RADAAR?**

I use this tool frequently for all my Social Media needs. It integrates well into my social media needs and allows me to schedule and manage social media easily across several platforms. saving me a lot of time in the process.  I like it because it is a great piece of software that offers more social media platforms to connect to than other options I have tried and it provides you with insights, about your social media presence across these platforms as well as having messages and comments in one place.  There is another thing I like which is the optimisation when creating a post, that tends to work seeing more engagement on posts when applying these suggestions.  The fact that it is easy to use is another bonus. 

There are tutorial videos to guide you through each step of the software when you get stuck in the initial process of learning how to use the software. But even when there were some questions, customer support was very good too, and the few questions I had were quickly answered. 

It is one of the best tools I have used to manage my social media needs and has become the only tool I use. The ease of implementing this tool as soon as you subscribe to it is amazing and I am very happy to have found it for my business.

There isn't much to not like about Radaar except that you have to reconnect some of the accounts when third-party platforms change their APIs which only happened once since using it during the past year. 

The mobile app could be a little better, but it works for most tasks.

Radaar simplifies everything I need to do to manage all my social media needs. It offers many social media platforms that others I have tried but still do not, at such a fantastic price. The mainn menu is on top right, but the menu pops up on the left side, then the submenu button is on the left side and pops up on the left side. I know their are a lot of good functions but the menu needs to be simplified as there are too many and confusing. It limits my usage of the mobile app.


The radarr button on internet browser(plugin) that shows up on the photo is on bottom right which sometimes it is on top of other button that I need to use. I wish the button is movable.

- The product is much more superior than the others I have used in the past. I've probably used 5 or 6 before this). Radaar is super light, super easy and intuitive to use. I tear my hair when I used other social media management softwares, but with Radaar, the software will still be running 24/7, hand's off, and thats the best thing! Set it, forget it. I login to Radaar twice a week for 5 minutes at a time to look at the Discover tab, and check that everything is working accoring to plan and thats it. Of course for the first week of using it, I use Radaar every day because its so exciting and new, but after that, I just know that the product is able to operate by itself and that's what you want! A marketing tool where it does the marketing for you and not needing you to spend all day on it. 

- It took me about 1 day to learn how to use it, after that I was off to the races. it was really easy to implement and absolutely love the Publishing and content pool AND workflow feature! 


- The team. Mustafa (founder) has been amazing at providing value to his customers. We never feel like we are being shortchanged - in fact sometimes I think, man, is this fair that the team keeps on giving us this features, without adding charges for every single new feature ?! I am blown away by the customer support like John has been top notch at helping me with any issues that I face and extremely prompt AND friendly.

I don't know man, Radaar is still a notch above the rest and have significantly increased my revenue and productivity by at minimum 5 times.

- I wish there is a Reddit integration!
I do understand that quite a number of people have voted for it on their roadmap, so I can't wait for that to be introduced. Reddit is going to be FIRE.

I really like RADAAR's platform interface. It's super simple and straightforward while providing many advanced features you can't find using other platforms. It helps to combine multiple profiles from different social media platforms in one place. It offers content creation features, schedule calendars, text and image generation and storage, short link creation, great analytics to monitor your performance, and much much more. I really enjoy managing my social media profiles from the RADAAR interface. I used to struggle with switching between different profiles and platforms and navigating different interfaces. Not anymore. RADAAR saves me so much time!

RADAAR includes some features that are not common for social media management platforms like "Landing Page" creation or "Password Manager". The Landing Page is still in Beta and needs some improvements in the visual page builder to make it resize on mobiles, so I am not using it at all. I would suggest improving it or removing it completely. Not sure if anyone uses Password Manager. I just never keep my account information in the cloud. So, also not very practical for me. As a one person social media manager for a major municipality, I needed something that would bring sanity to my workflow - was so tired of logging to Facebook business pages, logging out of personal, and the same for all social media - Instagram, YouTube, Linked. Recently started using RADAAR social media planning software, and I must say, it has been a game-changer for me - no more headaches. It just works!

While it has an iPad app, which kinda works - it feels very limited. I just go on the browser and it pretty much works for me. RADAAR does need an iPhone app though - just to at least monitor posts and schedule quick posts. 

There is a small learning curve - the video tutorial work -- but after you watched them, they still come up.  I do like that the programmers are active on Facebook and answer questions - you aint lost in the woods with this.

There are some limitations with some social media channels -- that's not much the software can do about it - but they can post a guide on the limitations online -- for example, the software can only post to Facebook business - not personal post.

RADAAR has simplified my social media management in ways I couldn't have imagined. You can load up your channels in its user-friendly interface. It's incredibly intuitive, making it easy for even those with limited technical expertise to create and schedule posts across various social media platforms. Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and even X - aka Twitter — well it seems to work for me.

Best of all, the CANVA, Al Post Generator (secret content maker) and drag-and-drop functionality for scheduling is a real time-saver. Moreover, the analytics and reporting capabilities are top-notch. I can now track the performance of my posts, measure engagement, and gain valuable insights into my audience's preferences. This has allowed me to fine-tune my social media strategy for better results.

I've been using RADAAR the last several months after trying out a number of alternatives and have found it to be at least as capable, and in some ways more advanced, than a number of other features it offers for the price point.  It's a highly-capable tool that does a lot for us and makes managing our social media activity very easy.

That said, there's significantly more functionality here than we've tapped into. For example, RADAAR continues to add platforms that they can manage (as I write this, Medium, Twilio and Wordpress are all active and in beta).

While no system is perfect, RADAAR more than meets our current and growing needs.

**What do you dislike about RADAAR?**

The biggest frustration we've had with RADAAR is when two posts failed to publish, we only learned about them when we logged into the system. I'd prefer for RADAAR to be more proactive in telling us when things go wrong.  That said, this has happened twice in a year so it's a pretty rare occurrence but it's still worth noting.

On the enhancement front, I'm still waiting for some tool to figure out a way to let us tag users inside of our draft posts but no one's figured that out yet that I've seen. Recently, RADAAR has begun offering their Tag a Profile which is in beta but I've not been able to get it work as yet but they may be close to crossing that one off the list.

My other pet peeve is that RADAAR seems to always see me as a new user so I get the guided tour pop-ups every couple of weeks. They're simple to close and I very much appreciate that they are there in the first place, but it's a minor annoyance.

I like the continuity and dedication of the team. They are willing to help their customers and they are very responsive. Besides this (important) aspect, Radaar is full of important features, such as the calendar view to schedule and preview different content among different social media accounts; it also offers an AI Assistant to generate captions and hashtags automatically based on the type of content. I also like the RSS Feeds feature so I can easily share the blogs and articles on social media. Radaar also offers some cool analytics features and boards to show some useful metrics. 
What impresses me is the amount of Platforms that can be integrated; Facebook (pages and groups), Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Linkedin, TikTok, and many others. (Even Wordpress). this shows how the team is dedicated. Integrating and implementing a platform is very easy and straightforward. 
Considering the type of platform, I use Raadar very often.

in other words, Radaar is a complete Suite for Social Media Management and their prices are affordable, considering the amount of features they offer.

It's got many features that help manage my social platforms from one place.

The first thing I noticed in using Radaar was the notifications to watch a video tutorial for almost every interaction. In most cases I can understand that, especially as a secondary way to explain your tool to users. However, I like to dive in and then get help as I need. The development cycle of Radaar is nothing short of impressive. Within weeks the team implemented more features than other platforms I have used in quarters, half-year, or even yearly circles. Some of those features were absent and behind the competition, some were far ahead. The implementation of landing pages within Radaar, their own monitoring tools, and link-shorteners with custom domain was previously a reason to order additional services, which are now redundant. Their content-co-pilot is a clever tool, that leaps ahead of other SMM platforms, especially when you work in a team, and comment on, and review the content of your team. 

As soon as customer access is fully implemented, you can plan months ahead and let your client simply review and approve. Another announced feature is evergreen content, randomized. I am looking forward to this. 
All in all a valuable SMM platform with huge potential, due to a short development cycle and a highly interactive team.

While the development cycles are truly short, there are features that are on the back-burner, some people would like to see implemented more quickly. Personally I don´t mind, as it´s not my use-case, but I can understand some frustration around seeing new features added, while old requests are not yet ready for prime-time.

Make sure that you grab one of the LTD offerings, if available, as the growth of the platform and the development cycle make it a surefire investment.
Event at the monthly rates it is still a viable expense, as you will consolidate several tools into one.

I use Radaar as a one-size-fits-all SMM platform for all of my team´s Social-Media work. It is consistent, works as advertised, has not yet had serious issues and the platform stability is adequate. 
The unified approach allows my team to review and work on their content with tags, and groups, which makes it easy to organize multiple clients in a single workspace-plan; almost cannibalizing the platform´s growth potential, because it is already so good when you use a single workspace.

I love Radaar.  I love how they constantly look for ways to make it better even though it's already great.  A lot LTD software companies do just enough to keep it running.  Not Radaar, I had a request once, stated my usecase, and I guess it made sense because within 1 day they had it available.  They are always working to improve it.  They are also great about explaining new features and how they work, so you are not left hearing about it, but not knowing how it's used.  I've used a number of other social media management tools and Radaar is hands down the best for me and since Radaar, I haven't looked for another.  Totally satisfied.  I promote them to all my friends and I'm not an affiliate.  I just appreciate their support and effort that's made it quick and easy to use.

The only thing I can think of is that it has too many features, but they are all well explained so if I ever need them I guess they are available.

Radaar solves several problems for me. 
1. Multiple Social Media Platforms and Account Management - I have multiple social media account I put content on.  They have make it easy to plan, create, and post content on all of them, with variations if you need them.  I kind of feel when if comes to what you can do with a social media management program, if it's possible, Radaar either has a way or will find a way to make it happen.  
2. Content Ideas - I love how they provide numerous was to coming up with content, one being RSS feeds.  For instance, I have set up google alerts.  Those Google alerts are feed into Radaar with makes it easy to schedule a post from the alert.
3. Just plain makes it much more enjoyable coming up and posting content.

I'M IN LOVE WITH RADAAR! No seriously, the capabilities you get with a subscription are insane compared to the old-school ones that have been around for the last decade. Integrating your platforms takes less than 2 seconds. Radaar is always coming out with new updates and things to start implementing right away!

Very impressive how many useful tools can be combined in one place. The unified inbox, the monitoring, and the Scheduler are so nice! It's a complete social media management tool and provides a Social Inbox and Listening tool, a Task manager, Hashtag manager, link shortener, stock image library, and even password manager tools among others. This saves us even more time from switching between several tools. I love everything I need in one place more than anything.
The constant improvement to the software and the motivated team makes me feel this was such a good investment. The roadmap is very promising too.

Would highly recommend RADAAR and I can't think of a better lifetime deal if you can get your hands on one still!

I wish I could read the entire message with links in the social monitoring section. Each message will make me visit the site if it is too long or contains a link. Would be nice to not have all the extra and needless loading unless I want to visit.

As a social media managing platform, RADAAR is always at the forefront of providing modern marketers with strategic solutions for all aspects of social media marketing. It includes content scheduling, password manager, social monitoring, hashtag manager, landing pages, and URL shortener, and this tool offers a lot of value for a very small price.

It’s hard to find anything I don’t like about the platform at such a low price. If I was forced to pick a flaw, I would say it would take some time for the new messages in the social inbox to show up. Hope it that'll improve quickly

**What do you like best about RADAAR?**

Radaar simplifies the process by centralizing all my accounts in one easy-to-use interface. It works with almost all major social media platforms, including Google My Business Profile, so I can schedule and publish posts across various social media accounts and gain insights through monitoring and performance analysis features. The analytics features includes Hours of the Day, Engagements, Demographics and a lot more. Altough the features are not very advanced but it works.

I love the conversation features where I can see the messages and DM in one Place. I can also directly reply to a message from radaar. This saves a lot of time. However, not all platforms support these features. I can use branded domain name for sharing the posts which is a good option. 

As an agency, I can also bring my team and clients for easy collaboration.

Implementing and integrating Radaar is straightforward, even for those who are not frequent users. Just click the connect button and you are done. 

However, I cannot comment on customer support as I never needed to contact them.

Although I love Radaar I wish It had a few improvements:

Enhanced Analytics and Hashtag Generator: It would be great to see improvements in the analytics and hashtag generator features. The analytics and hashtag feature is pretty basic. 

Granular Team Permissions: I wish I could able to assign more granular permissions to my team members. Specifically, I'd like to restrict certain team members to managing only a particular social media account. Currently, RADAAR doesn't offer this level of control, and team members have access to all social channels under a single subscription.

Managing all social media accounts from one place saves time. I do not have to go back and forth to manage multiple channels. All can be done from one single dashboard.

What I like most about RADAAR is that it integrates many of the most popular social media platforms, allowing you to publish an article simultaneously across multiple channels. It also has an intuitive calendar that clearly shows the status of each post. There are even tools to check your posts, letting you know how you can be more effective.

It also has important data analysis that lets you know the effectiveness of each post. You can also use it as a social media task management tool.In addition, it allows you to directly respond to messages from each social platform, which other publishing tools lack. This tool is a gem.

The UI interface of RADAAR could be smoother, especially during data analysis, as it tends to cram the data together.

I have four schools, with a total of 20 staff members who need to jointly schedule and publish community articles. Before using RADAAR, I had to first ensure which day and which school needed to publish. Now, I can clearly see who has scheduled articles or videos for which day, whether they need to be modified or not. From now on, I can also track responses to messages across all social channels.

what I like in all the software I choose: it saves me time and the cost/benefit factor is clearly in favor.
As a solo entrepreneur I have never liked social but it is a powerful engine for increasing visibility, Radaar allows me to delegate most of the tedious social activities that steal my time. Those like me who do not have a team behind them managing social have to limit themselves to a few select platforms and probably a few posts, whereas with Radaar it becomes automatic to leverage multiple channels at once, in fact it will be my next step.

**What do you dislike about RADAAR?**

the dashboard graphics, I've never been excited about it. Little matter, I am very pragmatic and it is a secondary aspect. I don't see any particular flaws because I am using fewer functions than what the tool offers.

**What problems is RADAAR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before radaar I didn't know whether to take advantage of the social channel: linkedin natively allows scheduling of posts and articles, but everything else you have to do yourself. It also doesn't make sense to post on only one social, if you create content it's a waste not to adapt it to other channels, so an automation should serve to do as much as possible for you to allow you to take advantage of multiple social at once. I am planning to use social that I never thought I would leverage for my work

The ability to schedule posts across a wide range of social media platforms. It is very easy to use, and getting our clients' social media accounts integrated to the platform was straight-forward.

The Password manager. While I really like the concept, I just don't like having a password manager built into a social media management tool - it just isn't something we use in our company.

**What problems is RADAAR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RADAAR lets us manage multiple clients in individual workspaces, which keeps us from getting posts mixed up between client accounts. It also lets us focus directly on the client that we are working with at that particular time, without being distracted by a bunch of other accounts that don't belong to that project. It is also really fast and easy to switch between workspaces. There is also a URL Shortener which can be set up with a custom domain - a huge bonus.

The integration with Canva, the analytics, stock photos, AI assistant… the list goes on. RADAAR is simply the best social management tool. The interface is user-friendly and there are even tutorials to help you get started. Since its launch, RADAAR has proven to be a tremendous asset, with an active and engaged development team. Choosing this tool was the best investment I made last year. Its power and the team’s proactive approach in bug fixing and product enhancement are truly impressive. Additionally, updates are timely and without prompting. I have high hopes for their continued improvements and love the social media inbox.

What I like best about Radaar is that the services is always keeping up with updates and changes with social media. As soon as a platform unlocks the ability to automate something, Radaar releases that feature shortly after.
Works well and it has many features. Many of them that I don't even use to be honest.

Occasionally my accounts disconnect from the platform and I need to manually add them. Also had issues with posts that were not published. But it seems to be working better as of late.
User experience could be improved. Not the most user friendly dashboard compared to some of the competitors. But overall, a lot more pros than cons. And, I know the team continually works on improving the user experience and quality of the service.

As an agency owner running several brands this tool does it all for us. 

It can manage multiple brands and assign different users to each. I wasn't sure about the seperate subscriptions but switching is just the click of a button, no logging out/logging in. They're just simple workspaces.

Team member/client management is flawless with the ability to restrict access.

Built in customed link shortner (no longer need bit.ly).

Channel monitering feature (to monitor competition/search results/etc.).

Stock images built-in.

Reports use individual widgets that can be moved/filtered so they're more advanced than any SMM tool I've used so far and there are limitless possibilities.

Hashtag manager.

Canva integrations.

There is a little bit of a learning curve.

The Calander View made life very easy,  and all the help prompts.  Also I could share the account with the client and they were able to communicate with me via the Radaar app.

There is more work in the UI,  but to be honest,  the functions were more important than the UI.

During Covid I had to reinvent myself, and I started a small agency.   Radaar allowed me to schedule content that I created onto a Planning Calander.  That to me was light years ahead of using the tools provided by the social media platforms.   I could easilt create duplicates and quickly respond to changed schedules from clients.   Also,  I was able to share the calander with the client.  Also,  we were able to monitor comment activity on the account,  which was incredibly useful.

The super cool feature of Radaar is the auto-generated social media post creator. I love this simple, time-saving tool...whenever I have to create a post, I just land on this page and type my keyword and voila!!! This is as simple as this tool can generate post images, captions and hashtags...and yes, you can alter as per your need. Thanks, Musthafa, for this excellent feature.

**What do you like best about RADAAR?**

We have been using another Social Media scheduler tool to schedule our and our client's social media posts, which will save us some time doing this. My colleague told me about radaar, and we wanted to try it, but after trying it we switched to radaar, because it is so good. It also has some extra features like a URL shortener, landing pages, etc. Since we got all these features under the same platform, it's a no-brainer for us, but we are not using it for all our social media accounts as it is a new platform, will try for the next few months, and make a decision.

The interface of the platform can be better, and the colors used on the dashboard could be changed as well, as it is not creating a good user experience (at least for me).

I like that it does everything. Social post, check. Inbox and competition monitoring, check. QR codes and link shortening, check. Project management and Kanban boards, check check.

It's just not that pleasing of a tool to look at and can be clunky when duplicating posts. The UI needs an overhaul to help with the main workflow which is social posting.

Check others but really they won't be as feature rich. If you just want social posting then probably better fits out there.

I use it for social posting and scheduling. Handles all of the big ones. I also have used it for generating QR codes and short links as well. The inbox feature is nice too.
