**What do you like best about R Software Service CRMS?**

I like the tracking feature for patients and ability to update over time. I like the ability to pull demographics from another program like epic.N

**What do you dislike about R Software Service CRMS?**

It is difficult to follow once an item is updated because it is moved back to the first page.

**What problems is R Software Service CRMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am entering patients into crms so that they can be tracked and associate research appointments with the entered patient information.
