It provides answers. Ensures secure communication among staff members. **What do you dislike about Qwil Messenger?** The limited text functionality with records makes it difficult to track conversations. The lack of robust internal communication features. **What problems is Qwil Messenger solving and how is that benefiting you?** Qwil Messenger solves a problem by eliminating the need for sifting. Its user friendly interface has enhanced our teams communication while keeping us on top of tasks. ### 2. Inviting additional contacts to onboard also easy. **What do you dislike about Qwil Messenger?** Video calling is still in beta and not on par with other competitors. Slight delay in video/audio. However, this is meant to be in the product roadmap. **Recommendations to others considering Qwil Messenger:** If working with sensitive client communication or regulated matters this is a strong option. **What problems is Qwil Messenger solving and how is that benefiting you?** Great for regulated/sensitive client communication.
