**What do you like best about Qwil Messenger?**

Qwil Messenger offers group and, one-on-one chats, both within and outside of my organization. It provides answers. Ensures secure communication among staff members.

**What do you dislike about Qwil Messenger?**

The limited text functionality with records makes it difficult to track conversations. The lack of robust internal communication features.

**What problems is Qwil Messenger solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qwil Messenger solves a problem by eliminating the need for sifting. Its user friendly interface has enhanced our teams communication while keeping us on top of tasks.

Ability to chat in groups or one to one with people within my organisation as well as out of my organisation and get quick answers
Search function and conversation historic
Intergration with different softwares & CRM

**What do you dislike about Qwil Messenger?**

Search function not available (yet) on the mobile phone app.

**Recommendations to others considering Qwil Messenger:**

Just try it and judge by yourself!:)

Easy to set up and use. We particularly like the ability to communicate in a secure environment.

**What do you dislike about Qwil Messenger?**

The ability to create groups with different staff members who can't see other staff members.

**What problems is Qwil Messenger solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simple, secure ability to convey sensitive information and then be able to delete that.

**What do you like best about Qwil Messenger?**

Quality user experience with a simple onboarding process allowed me to quickly start communicating. Inviting additional contacts to onboard also easy.

**What do you dislike about Qwil Messenger?**

Video calling is still in beta and not on par with other competitiors. Slight delay in video/audio. However, this is meant to be in the product roadmap.

**Recommendations to others considering Qwil Messenger:**

If working with sensitive client communciaiton or regulated matters this is a strong option.

**What problems is Qwil Messenger solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Great for regulated/sensitive client communication. Both directly with clients and third parties.

There is no learning curve with Qwil, you simply use Qwil the same way you use public messenger services, but its secure.

**What do you dislike about Qwil Messenger?**

I found no negatives in evaluating the solution or dealing with the team.

**Recommendations to others considering Qwil Messenger:**

Qwil is a great product, easy to deploy and easy to use. This is further enhanced by the level of guidance and support from the team.
