Disappointing Support and Setup Experience Owner with problems **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Jose V. | Owner operator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2026 **What do you like best about QuoteIQ?** It looked very good visually, but when I started using it it had a lot og bugs and they don't fic them quickly. **What do you dislike about QuoteIQ?** I initially thought the dashboard and reports were great, but when I started using it, I saw it didn't work. When I book appointments, they multiply the amount of the appointments in $ by two. When I contacted support to fix it, they took one week, and I didn't see any fix in that time. The initial setup wasn't easy at all. They don't help a lot during the setup. **What problems is QuoteIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** None. actually. while I was trying to resolve the initial issues, two accounts were create and I was being charged membership fees for both. Whem I canceled, without knowing that the other one was still active since that is comething manage on their side and not something I can control, I later realized I was still being charge monthly. I send emails and they told me I had not canceled, even though I had proof of the cancellation emails. The issue was that the second account, which I had no access to and was not even aware of, was still active. I was charged for two more moths. When I reached out again, they finally looked into it and realized the situation. They initially only wanted to refund one month, even though it was their mistake. I explained that I did not see why I should have to pay for a month when I had been dealing with this issue for iver 2 months and it was something they need to fix, not me. I was then called at 9 pm and spoken to disrespectfully, being told "what the fuck is my problem?" and I was questioned about all those emails over just $40 ot $60 a month. I don't remember the exact amount. I was not being disrespectful at all. The issue was not the money itselft. if it is such a small amoutn, why not just refund it and move on?
