## CoRecruit (formerly Quil) Reviews
 ### 1. Intuitive Call Integration with Consistently Clear Transcripts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Levi F. | Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I find the easy integration into both phone calls and video calls to be very helpful. Transcripts are very clear and perform at a very high level of consistency. It's super intuitive.
The AI components that are being added in to simplify overall workflows are continuing to add even more upside to the use.
As a whole I'm more able to focus on my candidates.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I'm still getting used to the specifics of call types and the notes that those provide. Today I'm using custom GPTs to give me the notes outputs I want. I've found these to be far more customized and allow me to speak more naturally when presenting candidates to clients. I need to do more digging into the custom templates that CoRecruit provides, they may be better, but so far external AI has been simpler for my workflow.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Capturing the fullness of an interview with candidates is vital, typing works but it's tough to pay attention and do that. It allows me to be a more thoughtful and personable consultant. The tools save me multiple hours a week in consolidating notes and producing customized outputs for my clients.

 ### 2. CoRecruit Saves Time With an All-in-One Workflow and Tremendous Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chance W. | Founder & Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Having an all-in-one workflow management system where I can record interviews, manage deliverables using templates and agentic AI, and automatically update my ATS via direct integration with candidate notes has proven to be a huge time saver for me and my company. Also, having hands on support staff has been nice. Most companies sign you up and leave you hanging after you've signed the agreement. The CoRecruit team has been tremendous as I've worked through the learning curve and a few technical problems I've run into.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I've had a few sessions not being able to log in or flat not work due to "subprocessor errors" but they've been few and far between. Seems like they've gotten the kinks worked out.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time management and relieving many of the tedious tasks associated with the recruitment industry.

 ### 3. Simple Desktop App for taking Accurate Notes

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lisa C. | Vice President Sourcing and Research, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I like the desktop app. I can just hit “new meeting” and record, and it captures the call. It’s very simple to use. The notes are mostly accurate, though there was one time it summarized the conversation as if I were the candidate, which was confusing. On the other hand, it did a really good job transcribing a candidate who wasn’t very clear in their speech.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

1- I’d like to be able to organize each candidate by project, so I can simply go back to that project if we get another role that’s the same. 2- It would also help to review everyone I’ve spoken with, so I can see whether I missed any good candidates. 3- When I set up a meeting for a candidate and the client manager here at our firm, it records that meeting. I turned off my bot so I don’t have that issue, but now if I forget to record a meeting, it becomes a problem.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves me a lot of time because I don’t have to transcribe or decipher my notes anymore. It also helps me think more clearly about the role and makes it easier to ask the key questions. It’s been a real game-changer for me.

 ### 4. CoRecruit: Quick Setup, Natural Fit, and Immediate Benefits

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jamie R. | Director & Recruiter, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

In recruitment, we're contacted daily by AI-driven software solutions promising to "transform" our billings — most of it is snake oil. CoRecruit is a genuine exception. It's quick to set up, easy to use, and you see the benefits almost immediately. Unlike so many platforms we've demo'd that require enormous time and effort to configure and force you to work around their methods, CoRecruit just fits naturally into how you already work. We use it every day and we love it.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Nothing significant to report after a year of use. It's refreshing to be able to say that honestly.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's streamlined our hiring process and removed a lot of the admin that used to slow us down. Automatically taking notes, adding them to Bullhorn, and populating fields means we spend less time on admin and more time speaking to people, which is what recruitment is all about.

 ### 5. Exceeded Expectations: Easy Implementation, Powerful Features, and Stellar Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter C. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

We’ve been incredibly impressed with the entire team. From the initial demonstration through onboarding and ongoing support, there hasn’t been a weak link. The product has exceeded our expectations in terms of ease of use and implementation. In day-to-day use, it delivers even more functionality than we had anticipated, with a fantastic range of features. It’s clearly a product that will continue to evolve and become even more intuitive over time.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

The limiting factor is the user, especially when it comes to the initial setup and understanding how the prompts really work in the background. If you are tech/AI savvy it can probably produce better results in a faster turnaround rather than trial and error of amending/changing prompts to get the desired form and content of notes. But very much user led issue and still been really positive experience of seeing the calibre of notes completely improve.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quality of information being recorded, and time saved in doing so, which is substantial. I do feel if used properly it comfortably pays for itself, even more so across a larger team. For certain types of call, the additional features for follow up material are significant advantages also.

 ### 6. Co Recruit Makes Calls, Notes, and Transcripts Effortless—and Saves Huge Time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachel G. | Talent Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I’ve worked in various agencies and have never come across a platform this useful and beneficial. Having calls recorded, along with a note-taker and transcript notes, saves a huge amount of time and lets me have more natural conversations with candidates, rather than stressing about writing down everything they say. It also speeds up the process of creating their CV and supports my own interpretation when identifying suitable candidates. I would recommend Co Recruit to any agency. The ability to choose the transcript option that best matches what I’m looking for really helps me pinpoint the most relevant information from each call.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I have noticed there has been some changes to the process. When making a call you can't select the template or insert the caller name before making the call which at times as been frustrating during back to back calls as it is easy to forget editing the name after the call. The old set up was much preferred. With certain numbers, (every now and again) the won't dial through Quil, therefore I will have to call them on Zoom and miss out on the benefits of this platform.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves me time by enabling more structured calls and letting me be more natural with candidates, which leads to easier, better-flowing conversations. In the long term, the time savings are the biggest benefit for me at Lead Candidate, because we have to create a coversheet along with candidates’ CVs based on specific criteria the client is looking for. Being able to copy and paste the transcript notes makes that process much easier and quicker.

 ### 7. Effortless Note Organization with Outstanding Onboarding Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexandra C. | Recruitment Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I really like how it organizes my notes, its easy for me to read over them and not feel like it is a script. Extremely impressive that it is able to categorize notes so well. Getting used to using and implementing it into my calls was extremely easy. I thought I would struggle to get used to it, to the point that I thought I would have to continue taking my own notes alongside the CoRecruit notes. This has not been the case, since downloading it I have used it for every single one of my calls on a daily basis. From a customer support perspective I could not say enough. The call to onboard be into using the tool was so useful, Husnain was extremely patient and listened to all my questions. Being able to have someone take me through all the features was also amazing. I think the customer support was the best part of it, adding CoRecruit to my everyday use was easy because of Husnain. He made the implementation of it seems easy and smooth, which it was.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Nothing as of now, has been easy to use and helpful.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I would speak with candidates and clients I always felt distracted while taking notes, but because of CoRecruit it is so easy for me to be present in the call without having to worry about taking notes. My calls feel a lot more natural and relaxed than they were before. It also takes away the hassle of taking notes and having to spend time after editing and reformatting them.

 ### 8. I love Quil!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megan P. | INCOG Lead Talent Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I love being able to listen back to how a conversation went either to double check my understanding of what a candidate has done or to relive the vibes of the call (i.e. to remind myself of a candidate's enthusiasm etc). Really easy to use, i use it daily and rarely have any problems. I wasn't involved in the implementation process as much as my boss was, but it never felt bulky or hard to tie in with Outlook/Zoom/ATS/etc. The customer support we have had has been great- accessible and quick response.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Honestly (sorry) I much prefer the name Quil!!!
Also, with the newer update, the title of the calls. I liked when I started a new call and it made me title the call first rather then starting as 'CoRecruit Meeting... date'

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- incorrectly writing down facts from the conversation, makes my notes v accurate
- tracking of data, easy to move between Quil and ATS
- checking historical data across the team, easy to check colleague's calls if they're OOO and we are working on the same thing

 ### 9. Seriously impressed

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nikki P. | Senior Recruitment Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2025

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I love the fact that I no longer have to scribble notes whilst on a call to my clients and candidates.
The follow up material is also super useful - although I often need to amend it slightly it saves me so much time.
The fact that so much time is saved as I don't have to type up my notes from all my calls manually. I used Quil every day and love it.
The customer service is also excellent.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

The only issue I have here is the incoming calls. Our mobile phone provider doesn't offer conference calling which means that we can't use the incoming call feature. This is a real shame as I do receive quite a few incoming calls.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quil is saving me so much time - it also means that I am more present on my calls as I'm not having to try to keep up. I can have better conversations and I also feel that the communications after my calls are better as the follow up material demonstrates to the caller that we have all the information they have given us.

 ### 10. CoRecruit Keeps Candidate Communication Organized, Transparent, and Timely

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chloe W. | Senior Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

What I like most about CoRecruit is how it strengthens the connection between me and my candidates. It keeps communication organized, transparent, and timely, which helps build trust throughout the process.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

If I had to pick one area for improvement, I’d say there’s always room to make candidate-facing communication feel even more personal. As candidate volume increases, deeper customization options for messaging and workflows would help keep outreach tailored and make the overall experience even more impactful.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CoRecruit solves the communication and transparency gap that often exists between recruiters and candidates. In many hiring processes, candidates can feel disconnected or uncertain about where they stand. What I appreciate most is how seamlessly it captures my notes and allows me to revisit conversations when needed. Being able to replay calls and hear tone and context helps me better understand nuances or moments where there may have been a disconnect.

This allows me to stay fully present during conversations, actively listening instead of worrying about writing everything down or planning my next question. Ultimately, it helps me build stronger, more thoughtful relationships with candidates and deliver a higher-quality experience.

 ### 11. Really Liking So Far!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Taylor H. | Marketing and Business Development Intern, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I like that CoRecruit automates the notetaking process and integrates well with our ATS system. The notes are pretty accurate, which means I don't have to worry about manually adding information. I appreciate the action item follow-ups and how CoRecruit sends me a well-rounded recap of team action items, adding them to my agenda. It allows me to be fully present on calls. Additionally, the integration helps us track recruit touches and notes effectively. I also appreciated the check-ins during onboarding.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Sometimes the notes can be buggy, so we're still working through some of those issues and finding ways to optimize. More formats would be great, like automatically creating a matrix for our assessment platform. It would also be beneficial if the ATS integration included the exact type of Activity instead of being logged only as CoRecruit Notes. Onboarding was difficult as a group; one-on-one setup appointments would have been better.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can trust CoRecruit to automate notetaking and accurately update our ATS, allowing me to focus on calls. It provides a thorough recap of action items, simplifying candidate assessment and follow-up.

 ### 12. Gets the job done and speeds up our hiring process

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

It’s pretty straightforward to use and does what we need it to do. Recording calls is reliable and the quality is solid, which is really the main thing we care about. It didn’t take long for our team to get used to it, and support has been quick to respond when we’ve had questions. Overall it just works without much hassle.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

The main downside for us is the pricing, it feels a bit expensive for what it does. It would also be nice to have a few more features or customization options, especially around organizing and finding recordings. Nothing major, but those are the main things we’ve noticed.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s helping us speed up the whole process of submitting video interviews. Before, it took more time to record, organize, and send everything over, but now it’s a lot quicker and more streamlined. That’s made things easier for our team and helps us move candidates through faster.

 ### 13. Time-Saving Tool with Intuitive Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan O. | Client Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I find CoRecruit really easy to use and very intuitive, which saves me lots of time. The AI features are particularly time-saving. I particularly like the follow-up materials, how it can summarize conversations, and relay those against specific points that I want to understand. It's also helpful because it allows me to fully concentrate on the conversation rather than taking notes, and it saves time in terms of summarizing notes and putting them concisely into a document post the meeting.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I think the only areas to improve would perhaps be around the branding of templates and the follow-up materials and how you go about branding those. If there was a little bit more control, that would be great.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use CoRecruit to focus on conversations during interviews rather than taking notes. It saves time summarizing notes and creates concise documents post-meetings.

 ### 14. Time-Saving Tool with Room for Mobile App Improvements

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elissa-Lora D. | Recruitment Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I use CoRecruit to take notes during my recruitment consultation meetings and calls. Being new to the role, it takes away the stress of having to take and upload in-depth notes, allowing me to focus more on what I'm saying to candidates. It saves me a lot of time. I appreciate the email reminders sent at the end of each meeting with things to follow up on. I also think the summaries are really good and enjoy how CoRecruit works well with JobAdder, including updating some candidate details. The initial setup was very easy!

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I think the phone app is a little bit clunky to use. For example, I think there could be a clear button to exit the contact screen. I use an iPhone, and on that search screen, I've noticed the form allows auto correct, so I often have to type a candidate's name several times while trying to search. A copy and paste function for phone numbers would be great as well. If someone calls me, it would be good to be able to copy their number from the iPhone call screen, into CoRecruit's app.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CoRecruit takes away the stress of taking and uploading in-depth notes, letting me focus better on candidate conversations while saving time. I appreciate the email reminders for follow-ups and seamless integration with JobAdder.

 ### 15. CoRecruit: Streamlines Staffing with Stellar Accuracy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ann-Marie V. | President | Executive Search for the Staffing Industry, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I think my favorite part of CoRecruit is that it translates all of my phone calls, emails, and Teams calls. That's probably the greatest thing because it makes it easy for me to work closely with my client and quickly communicate information about a candidate. I also appreciate the AI notetaker, which has been fantastic. It eliminates the time I would usually spend writing up a presentation and records all the messages or interviews between myself and candidates, as well as clients and candidates. The setup was pretty easy too, and Ali made the process very simple, taking just about fifteen to twenty minutes.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I haven't noticed anything up to this time. I had a little kind of mix up on one thing. It was clearly my fault. It was something I didn't really understand. I spoke with the support team and with Ali Sabir, and they were quick to respond and to rectify and help me better understand how I could make the same mistake next time.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use CoRecruit for its fantastic AI notetaker, which saves me time on writing presentations and records all interactions with candidates and clients.

 ### 16. Quil/CoRecruit Saves Us Time with Comprehensive Notes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lucy A. | Managing Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Quil/CoRecruit saves so much time in writing up notes for our ATS and in writing up candidate submissions for clients. The integration with Loxo and Zoom works well for us. It was easy to set up and use and new features have been pretty intuitive to use as they are rolled out. Customer support has been really good although we haven't really had any issues. They have always been prompt and helpful with any questions.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

The only downside that I can see is more for myself personally - I like being engaged on my calls but I'm not as good at remembering info compared to when I used to write my own notes. On balance, I think the tradeoff is worth it but I do have to go back and reread info and remind myself of details of a conversation. That's not a Quil/CoRecruit issue though, that is just using AI!

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quil/CoRecruit helps us be engaged on our calls (both candidate and client) and generally provides a better summary of notes than if our recruiters write them up themselves. There is a definite quality differential between recruiters, which is alleviated with this product. The other key benefit for us is using summaries for candidate submissions. You have to spend the time to craft the prompts to get the best result, but if you do this well, it saves a lot of time. It saves time with references. It's also helpful to use the AI prompt feature to find specific info from a call without the need to review the whole transcript.

 ### 17. Excellent Overall Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Krista D. | Client Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

In executive search, precision matters... but so does time.

For years, our team managed candidate notes across three rounds of interviews. Some of us typed directly into reports. Others took detailed notes by hand, then retyped them later. Then we manually uploaded into our ATS system, or shared via email.

It worked… but it wasn’t working well.

Too many versions. Too much double entry. Too much time lost in translation.

Then we started using CoRecruit (formerly Quil) and it changed everything.

Now, our interview notes automatically flow into the right place and are instantly accessible to the full team. No duplicate work. No chasing updates. Just clear, consistent information at our fingertips.

Even better, Quil.AI allows every recruiter to capture notes from phone calls (!!!) something our prior tools couldn’t do because they only worked on Zoom.

And since it integrates directly with our ATS, all the Zoom and phone notes post automatically for the entire team to access in real time. We can even create formatted note templates for the tool to give us what we need in a standard, unified format.

What I love most is how Quil bridged generations on our team, uniting our pen-and-paper veterans and our digital-first recruiters in one seamless system.

It’s more than efficiency. It’s alignment.
And in our world, that’s gold.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I have to manually add dispositions for each item on my calendar, and manually delete every non-recorded session to minimize the clutter in my recordings. For example, if I have a "do not schedule" block on my calendar, it appears in my recordings. I wish there was a toggle button to select "do not save with recordings" for all items that appear, so could set that status and not see these items under my recordings.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time creep, collaboration, and data entry.

 ### 18. Game-Changer for Recruitment Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tessa K. | Area Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I find CoRecruit to be brilliant and user-friendly, making it a game-changer in recruitment. It saves me so much time by eliminating the need to manually write things down, allowing me to stay engaged and present in meetings with clients and candidates. The accuracy and ease of use are next level, making it easy to interview people and focus on the conversation without distraction. It's easy to recommend as one of the best tools out there for recruiters. Setting it up was a breeze and only took a couple of minutes.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Nothing I can think of at this stage

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CoRecruit streamlines recruitment by being user-friendly and removing the need for manual data entry, enhancing engagement in meetings with clients and candidates. It improves accuracy and ease of use, enabling me to focus on interactions rather than note-taking.

 ### 19. Boosted Productivity and Enhanced Candidate Engagement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I really appreciate how CoRecruit has increased our productivity by allowing us to provide detailed notes while being more present during candidate interviews. It's great that we no longer have to manually take notes, which means we foster better relationships. I like that we can tailor all meeting types, prompts, and outputs to suit our needs, and it's very easy to do so. The notes are structured in the exact format we want, and the follow-up materials, like client briefs and interview preparation docs, are detailed and consistent. Additionally, their support team is very responsive. The initial setup was very easy, which contributed to a smooth transition.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

We have had a few tech issues that can be disruptive. One person had a Microsoft and CoRecruit integration issue, it lasted for 2+ weeks but it only happened once.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CoRecruit boosts our productivity by allowing us to be more present during interviews, fostering better relationships. We no longer have to manually take notes, and it's easy to tailor notes and follow-up materials to our needs, in structured and consistent formats.

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Quil has been the best tech investment our team has made in the last few years (and we have a lot of tech). The implementation was super fast and easy, and my team was up and running within a few days! I am always so impressed with the quality of customer service i get when i have a question or issue. Most recently I worked with Ahmad on an issue i was having, and he ended up helping me with 2 other things that came up. My team uses Quil every day and it has saved us so much time on admin work.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I honestly do not have any disklikes. Every time I talk to customer support or the dev team, they always are a few steps ahead of me on features.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My team was always saying how behind they were on entering their interview notes into the ATS, sometimes weeks behind, which caused a huge lag in how fast we were able to get those candidates processed for submissions to clients. Quil came into our tech stack and took that issue away within a few days. When we started thinking about what else we might need, like writing back to fields, Quil was on it, and let us know right away when field writeback was available. Quil intelligence is a newer feature that my team is loving to process interviews and write up candidate summaries faster than ever.

 ### 21. Efficient Interview Summarizer with a Learning Curve

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark D. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I use CoRecruit (formerly Quil) primarily to prepare written candidate submittals after Zoom and phone interviews. CoRecruit listens to my interviews and writes fairly accurate summaries / candidate submittals that can be sent directly to the client with minor editing. This is a big time saver. Additionally, the tech support from CoRecruit is very accessible, responsive and effective, making the setup and adoption process fairly painless.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

There is a learning curve, and I am still on it. That said, this is on me - not them. The team at CoRecruit schedules meetings with you to teach you / coach you to make sure you are getting the most from the product. They are very helpful, and clearly have a culture that values client success.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CoRecruit is an AI automation tool that saves me time. It listens to my interviews and efficiently writes summaries / candidate submittals that can be sent directly to clients with minor edits.

 ### 22. Enhancing both the recruitment and candidate experience - being present on calls.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam E. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

We worked with Ali Sabir who helped us understand the product and answered questions throughout our trial period.
CoRecruit's been great to have a notetaker specifically catered to the jobs we're recruiting for. I can now actively listen and engage on the phone with candidates rather than race to type notes during a call.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

It integrates with our CRM, but there's still room to improve - for example having to upload a resume to both our CRM and CoRecruit separately.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's very convenient on calls at the desk, knowing our notes will be there in our writing style. It also allows us to take calls on the road.

I also really appreciate how accurate the notes are. Once I receive them, I don’t have to spend any extra time editing, which is saving our team a lot of time. Lastly, the product is really helping our team stay organized with the Corecruit platform.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

So far, so good. Nothing negative to report about right now.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time and accuracy. Being able to spend less time updating and editing notes is giving our team so much more time to fill roles and identify other candidates.

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I use CoRecruit every day, which helps me enormously in my interviews, mandate acquisitions, and references, as I can stay 100% focused with my interlocutors without having to take notes. The summaries exactly represent the discussions we have, beyond my expectations. The summary is complete, describes our call well, and we can also divide it, making it even more precise. I received comprehensive training from Ali Sabir, who was exceptionally helpful in getting started with CoRecruit, which made the setup very simple. CoRecruit has changed the way I work, saving me a tremendous amount of time each week.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I have nothing I could relate

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use CoRecruit every day, it helps me in my interviews by eliminating distractions and I stay 100% focused. It has changed the way I work and I save a lot of time every week.

 ### 25. Efficient Recruiting with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley W. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I really like CoRecruit because it makes me more efficient with my day by taking the headache out of note-taking and summarizing meetings, which includes transcription and recording. I appreciate the ability to make calls within the app and its automatic integration with our CRM, along with the documented notes from each call. CoRecruit helps me be a more efficient recruiter by allowing me to write follow-up emails or have follow-up calls based on previously recorded and summarized meetings. It really lets me get more done in my day and reach more candidates. Also, the initial setup was extremely simple.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Sometimes it seems to run slow or during a call I can't end the call and it makes me do a reset. Also when the integration isn't working it slows the process down by me having to manually add my notes into our CRM. Sometimes the note taker isn't fully accurate- so you must review each summary to ensure all is correct.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CoRecruit helps me be more efficient by summarizing meetings and automating note-taking. I can make calls within the app, integrated with our CRM, which streamlines my recruiting process and enables me to reach more candidates.

 ### 26. Easy Admin Setup That Sets Teams Up for Success

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Janelle B. | People Operations Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

As an admin, this tool made it easy for me to set up my teams for success. Ali, our Account Executive, has also been amazing. He supported us every step of the way, from onboarding to answering questions after we started implementing the tool.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

The only pain point we’ve run into so far has been the mobile app, but the support team has been very responsive and helpful in working through and resolving our issues.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As recruiters it has helped drastically reduce the time it takes for us to input notes into our system.

 ### 27. Co‑Recruit: Quick Setup, Huge Time Savings, and Responsive Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tarren V. | Operations Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Co‑Recruit has been a fantastic addition to our tech stack. The installation was quick, hassle‑free, and immediately demonstrated how much time it could save for the whole team.
Working with Ihetsham was a pleasure, he never pressured us to move forward and instead took the time to answer every question openly and honestly, giving us the space we needed to make the right decision for the business.
Since onboarding, we’ve contacted the support team a few times, and they’ve been consistently responsive, helpful, and quick to resolve any issues. Overall, the experience has been excellent from start to finish.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Co-Recruit doesn’t have all the extra features that some competitors offer; however, that’s reflected in the price. If you’re looking for a solid note-taker that’s easy to set up, easy to use, and doesn’t come with a hefty bill, it’s a fantastic tool.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Co-Recruit allows our consultants to be fully present in every meeting without having to take notes. It saves an immense amount of time because we no longer need to write everything up in the system afterward, and it also helps ensure that no details are missed.

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I did run into a few tech difficulties at times, but the team were really great and helpful in getting things sorted quickly.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping streamline the whole recruitment process by keeping everything in one place and making it easier to track candidates. It’s especially useful for phone screening, as it helps organise notes and feedback so nothing gets lost and it’s easier to compare candidates later. This saves time and makes the process feel much more structured and efficient.

 ### 29. A Game-Changer for Streamlining Recruitment

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maxwell S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I use CoRecruit to streamline my recruiting workflow, and it has been a game changer! It saves a ton of time for my team and provides detailed information. The follow-up material notes and the AI tool that allows my team to ask questions about a conversation are standout features. Once a call ends, CoRecruit creates the follow-up materials for me based on the custom template I created, which is a huge time saver. Additionally, it parses all this information into my CRM accurately, so I don't have to worry about misinformation. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Selecting when it should join an interview or not. As of now, the function is on or off.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use CoRecruit to streamline my recruiting workflow, saving time and ensuring no information is lost. The follow-up notes and AI tool for questions enhance accuracy and integration with my CRM.

 ### 30. Enhances Interviews with Smart Note-Taking

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul M. | Recruitment Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I appreciate how CoRecruit allows us to focus more on conversations during interviews without worrying about missing essential points. It helps with note-taking by handling spelling, grammar, and organizing interview notes into structured reports, which really professionalizes presenting candidate information. The system's ability to create different meeting types and provide reports based on specific prompts saves time on follow-up options like client emails and candidate profiles. Additionally, it integrates well with Bullhorn, enhancing our workflow.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

The system can be a bit glitchy - occasionally the Google Extension will freeze and I can't hang up a call! Tailoring the various meeting types can be time-consuming and I still feel that I am not getting the best out of the product.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CoRecruit helps us focus more on conversations by handling notes, organizes interview reports, and professionalizes presenting candidate information, enhancing our recruitment efficiency.

 ### 31. Systematic Conversation Processing with Flexible Default Layouts and integration with EZEKIA

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul K. | Owner/Consultant executive search, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 22, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Systematic processing of conversations, such as candidate interviews, business development calls, and similar discussions. Especially the default layouts you can use and alter to your own specific situation.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

The way planned calls are presented isn’t very clear, and the interface feels a bit confusing overall. It would be much easier to use if calls weren’t shown strictly day by day, but instead displayed as all calls scheduled for the coming week, for example.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, I was taking notes manually, and I’m pretty sure some things got lost in translation. After CoRecruit was implemented, that issue was clearly resolved. Another important improvement was the integration with EZEKIA!

 ### 32. Easy-to-Navigate UI, Reliable Outlook & Bullhorn Integration, and Huge Time Savings

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John B. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

CoRecruit allows us to focus on our conversations with clients and candidates, while capturing the conversation so that we have great notes to refer to later. Automatically updating our database is a huge time-saver for the team. And the UI of CoRecruit is very easy to navigate, and the integration with Outlook and our ATS, Bullhorn, is strong and reliable.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Sort of liked their original name (Quil) better than "CoRecruit" but we'll get used to it! :)

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- updating our database with information obtained during conversations and meetings
- helping look through conversations for salient information that was discussed
- ease of scheduling which meetings we want CoRecruit to join and those we don't

 ### 33. Quil Streamlines Recruitment Workflow and Boosts Daily Productivity

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lee M. | Head of Research | Private Equity, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I operate on a senior delivery basis in a small executive search boutique, with exacting clients in PE/VC/listed environments. Quil has basically eliminated the most tiresome elements of candidate interview and administrative work - note taking and automatically uploading these to our ATS in chosen template/format. It also updates salary info automatically. We also use the Chrome plugin for phone calls, which functions well. Implementation was relatively easy, with a verification call through our VoIP system through the ATS. Customer support has been easy to access and enthusiastic (despite the time zone difference). Most of us in the business use the service daily for client calls and candidate work.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

The downsides are being addressed, but for me have included the quality of the AI notetaker itself, in terms of summarising calls and cutting out key information, which compared with other services we had used was not as fleshed out. I also found the interface on their website quite basic for some time, but they have recently changed the layout, making it easier to search through calls, add video snippets to shortlists for clients, and use a new AI LLM to pull selected information from each call. I only expect these aspects to continue being developed in due course.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Per staff member, several hours have been reclaimed per week from admin and ATS tasks, which we can now focus on value add work. It ensures our database is much more fully up to date and we aren't leaving useful information on the table during busy periods. We can also create a template for each role we work on, with prompts, to ensure the right data is being pulled form the calls, which we can then refine.

 ### 34. CoRecruit Saves Huge Time on Interviews, Notes, CRM Updates, and Candidate Presentations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Casey K. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

CoRecruit saves an immense amount of time in terms of managing interviews, manual note taking during interviews, entering data into our CRM, and helping with candidate presentations to clients.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

If you have a call scheduled and make the call through the app, if the person cannot take the call but calls you immediately back, the note taking capabilities cannot be added. You would have to then call the person back through the app.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving immense amounts of time on manual work.

 ### 35. Efficient Call Note Automation with Room for UI Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heather P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I love that CoRecruit outputs notes from phone calls for me. It's great how it captures everything the person is saying so I don't have to write it all down. I also like that I can go back to the transcript and ask the AI specific questions about what was discussed and get the answer really quickly. The ease of integration with Loxo is another plus, and the initial setup was pretty easy with our salesperson guiding us through it.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I have played around with the document branding features, but it does not look as clean as I would like.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CoRecruit records phone screens and captures conversation notes, helping me focus on the discussion. It allows me to share candidate notes with clients and quickly retrieve information from transcripts using AI.

 ### 36. Great Concept and Integrations, but Call Connectivity and Note Sync Need Work

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristen G. | Director of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I like the concept of CoRecruit and its features. It makes it easy to conduct calls and meetings without having to worry about taking notes. I also appreciate that it integrates with Outlook and Invenias, so there’s no need to enter additional notes in either system.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

We’ve been using CoRecruit for several months and have experienced ongoing issues. Users frequently run into problems with calls not connecting, and at times the notes don’t transfer to our database as intended. This has been a significant drawback to the product.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CoRecruit (formerly Quil) is solving the challenge of capturing and organizing candidate and client conversations in a seamless, centralized way. Instead of manually taking notes during calls and then entering them into our CRM afterward, the platform records, summarizes, and syncs notes directly into our system.

This benefits us by saving time, improving accuracy, and allowing us to stay fully engaged in conversations rather than multitasking. The Outlook and Invenias integrations also reduce administrative work and help ensure our database remains up to date without duplicate data entry.

 ### 37. Seamless Interview Note Keeping with CoRecruit

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bruce M. | Director (owner), Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I like CoRecruit because it saves me so much time in administration while working in my business. It's fantastic at tracking and providing detailed and summary notes, which are directly transferred into my database, saving me hours not only in writing and typing but also in producing relevant candidate and client data. I mainly use the record functionality through mobile and MS Teams. It's very easy to set up as it's a plug and play SaaS product and integrates seamlessly with my Clockwerk executive search database.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

The only other thing was SMS tracking. If that can be enabled, which I believe is in the pipeline. But apart from that, they're always coming up with new ways of improving the already excellent service.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find CoRecruit great for tracking and providing notes, saving me hours in writing and data production.

 ### 38. Effortless Notetaking, Needs Better Call Quality

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nikki B. | Founder & President

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I use CoRecruit (formerly Quil) for candidate call summaries and notetaking. I appreciate that it allows me to focus on the call and the information given, instead of frantically typing everything. It also provides a decent start for a candidate summary. The ability to customize call types is nice, as it picks up the right information. I really like that it automatically pulls the notes over into my ATS for me, which is super convenient. The initial setup was very easy too.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

The quality of the calls isn't great. Slight delay and the clarity isn't nearly as good as a regular phone call.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CoRecruit allows me to focus on calls without frantically typing, effectively starts candidate summaries, customizes call types accurately, and conveniently transfers notes into my ATS.

 ### 39. Highly Accurate Translations with Naturally Organized Summaries

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt L. | VP of Talent Acquisition, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

The translation is highly accurate unlike other tools we've tried. It aggregates the information in a natural order and not a stream of consciousness. E.g. if you reference salary requirements multiple times in a call, all references are bundled together in the outputs.

Manoel Lino our CSM has been stellar

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

No downsides yet. We started trialing this week across the team and while we are still getting used to it's full capabilities there are no downsides to speak of.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to pay more attention during calls and worry less about capturing notes. It streamlines our process across the team by documenting conversations for later reference, and it helps ensure candidate submittals to clients are consistently stamped out, among other related tasks.

There isn't anything about CoRecruit I dislike.

CoRecruit lets me stay fully present in conversations as an active listener, with confidence that every detail is captured and documented accurately. It removes the distraction of note-taking and ensures nothing important is missed.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

As an early-stage product, there are still occasional kinks and areas being refined. That said, the team is incredibly responsive—issues are addressed quickly, and their support during implementation and ongoing use has been outstanding.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CoRecruit is solving the administrative burden that comes with recruiting—things like note-taking, documentation, and keeping systems updated. By automating those tasks, it allows me to focus more on meaningful conversations with candidates and clients, improve accuracy of our data, and move faster without sacrificing quality.

 ### 42. Effortless Setup and Significant Time Saver

**Reviewed by:** Rebecca T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

CoRecruit saves me a lot of time. It significantly reduces the amount of typing I have to do, which is so painful for me especially when you are doing back to back phone interviews. Additionally, I can reflect back on notes very quickly, and I really like the intelligence part of CoRecruit because that means I can reflect on conversations very quickly at any time. The initial setup was also very easy and didn't take much time at all.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Nothing that stands out.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CoRecruit saves me a lot of time and typing, which is a big deal since I don't like typing. It also lets me quickly reflect back on notes and conversations anytime with its intelligence feature.

 ### 43. User-Friendly, Versatile, and Seamlessly Integrated with Our ATS

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gregory Z. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I've been using CoRecruit now for approximately six months, and I can't imagine myself to agency IT recruiting without it. The tool is incredibly user-friendly. It's extremely versatile. The customizations are endless, and it integrates seamlessly with our ATS.

I've saved so much time and effort by using this tool, and their support team is amazing, especially Karolina. She answers my questions quickly and with detail, and I can't say enough good things about the entire support team.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

No downside. It is an essential tool for me now and I can't work without it.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Administrative work, efficiency, speed, redundancy, the list goes on and on.

 ### 44. Transcripts and Summary Notes That Keep Meetings Organized

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Transcripts and summary notes are paramount.
Saves me ages!
Can refer back to notes.
Not taking notes myself allows me to be more present on calls.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I'd like there to be a feature to use AI to edit notes.
For example, when there is an error in the notes (today I called someone at PharmaEssentia and the notes showed Pharma Ascentia) to mention a quick correction and then this updates the notes and all mentions of the error are corrected.

Also, if I book in a meeting on Teams for tomorrow, it will be on there. If I book it in and jump on immediately, it won't. I'd like it to be on for ALL meetings, however far away they may be.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time - that's basically it, but it's a big one!

 ### 45. Seamless Setup, Time-Saving Notes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dylan B. | IT Recruiter, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2025

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I am impressed with how Quil significantly reduces the time I spend on administrative tasks by eliminating the need to take handwritten notes and then manually enter them into our ATS profiles. The feature I like the most is Quil’s ability to take detailed notes during calls and then summarize them according to my preferences, which enhances efficiency and saves a great deal of time. Moreover, I appreciate the seamless integration Quil offers with my Outlook calendar and our ATS, which ensures a smooth workflow without any disruptions. The initial setup of Quil was also quite seamless, which made the transition easy for my team. Overall, Quil’s powerful functionalities, particularly in note-taking and integration capabilities, have made it an invaluable tool for our recruitment processes.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

nothing to share

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Quil to eliminate time spent on administrative tasks, as it efficiently handles note-taking during calls and integrates with my Outlook calendar and ATS, saving time and improving workflow.

 ### 46. Real-Time Organization and Efficient Outputs in One Place

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley P. | Director of Client Service, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I love being able to gather and process information in one place, then turn it into efficient outputs in real time. It’s an awesome fit for time management and helps me stay organized.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I feel like the “voice” is a bit stiff. I’d prefer a more casual, more natural-sounding output that feels real. Additionally the app on phone seems to have a hiccup in service, some candidates cannot hear me well - But it's only when using the app.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Transcript recording—being able to capture live information as a note-taking agent is amazing. The turnaround is quick, and the outputs and follow-up are really helpful.

 ### 47. Seamless Integration, Minor Populating Issues

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carly W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I appreciate how CoRecruit seamlessly integrates with our CRM/ATS, BigBiller, and automatically populates notes into the system as long as the contact profile is properly uploaded. This feature saves us a lot of time from hand-writing notes and captures far more detail than we could without it. I also find the initial setup of CoRecruit to be very easy.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Sometimes it doesn't auto populate the notes and you have to manually assign them to the correct profile which can slow us down a bit. It just doesn't assign it sometimes, so it sounds like a back end tech issue.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use CoRecruit to save time on hand-writing notes, capturing more detail from calls, and auto-populating notes into our ATS/CRM.

 ### 48. Essential Tool That Transformed Our Recruitment Workflow

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Using Quil has been a game-changer for our recruitment workflow. It’s incredibly easy to use, and its ability to accurately record in-depth conversations with both clients and candidates means we never miss important details. This ensures we consistently capture the information we need to make informed decisions throughout the recruitment process.

I also really appreciate the flexibility Quil offers, being able to create our own scripts and tailor them to different roles or conversations is invaluable. The platform makes generating summaries effortless, saving us time while improving the quality and consistency of our notes.

Overall, Quil has become an essential tool for our team, enhancing both efficiency and accuracy in how we work.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

So far, I’ve found no issues with Quil at all. It has been reliable, intuitive, and genuinely helpful from day one.

 ### 49. Quil has been a game changer for our recruiting firm.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Quil has been incredibly easy to adopt—its seamless integration with our phone calls and virtual meetings makes it feel like a natural extension of our workflow. The real game-changer, however, is the automated follow-up documents Quil generates from our conversations. This feature enables us to deliver the same high-quality work in a fraction of the time.

Quil’s customer support has also been exceptional. Anytime we have a question or need a more detailed follow-up document, their team is immediately available to help. They took the time to understand our business and our deliverables, allowing them to tailor the follow-up documents precisely to our needs. They are always willing to have a call and demonstrate their solutions.

We’ve had an outstanding experience with Quil, and I truly can’t recommend it highly enough.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

The only negative is that we need to remember to log into Quil to terminate a call when it is over. If we forget, then it just takes a little longer to generate the final work products.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quil is creating a final report for us after a phone or virtual interview. This saves a tremendous amount of time which allows us to be even more productive. We also use Quil to record our intake and business development calls - this frees us up from note taking and ensures we have excellent notes in our tracking system.

 ### 50. Quil Saves Time and Delivers Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Quil is a fabulous time-saving tool. We no longer need to do the lengthy CV formatting process, as Quil provides all the information we need, directly from a phone call, ready to send out to prospective clients.
After training, Quil has been relatively easy to use, like anything it takes some getting used to.
The customer support element has been seond to none, the guys are ready to answer my emails whatever time I send them. Their technical support dept has also been great, especially during a global cloudflare outage, working behind the scenes to recover our data.
I'd definitely recommend Quil to anyone considering using a notetaker.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

It presently doesn't register the 'type' of call made, and put this information into our CRM - it just states 'Quil' - trying to get this resolved, as it's costing us time to keep manually changing the record type.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quil is taking away the time consuming process of formatting CVs after candidates have been interviewed - it takes all relevant information and produces an almost perfect profile, ready to be sent to a prospective client. This has given us a tremendous amount of time back to concentrate on more BD calls.
