It provides categorization of employees into batches which organizes the workflow and then undergoes automatic synchronization of data respective to the employees information. It provides great attendance integrations, salary processing revision, accounting data process incentives and tax adjustments. It provides monthly payslips and yearly tax slips. It provides management of attendance throughout the entire organization and helps to keep the record of applied and unfiled leaves. It has a great module for employee self service which not only allows the employee to keep a track of his performance but also allows the host to keep in check the data of their employees.
