**What do you like best about QueryPal?**

This platform is a strong fit for teams that looks to automate support tasks and reduce workloads between teams. best thing is their data security, which is very tight and strong.

**What do you dislike about QueryPal?**

Their product is still on their development phase,  reporting and analytics should be more robust, and their integrations between other platforms needs to be polished more.

**What problems is QueryPal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps reduce repetitive support tasks where the usual common questions. It highly helps by reducing the human agents' interventions. Also gets the customers more relevant answers.
